The location was reasonable and easy to get around from. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was good with good water pressure. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast provided was simple and enjoyable. Coffee was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet service was good too.

Staff were professional, friendly, helpful and spoke English. Check in was quick and efficient. The lobby was clean and well-organized. The elevator worked properly. Our room was large, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Everything that we tried to use worked properly. In particular, we used the safe and TV. We did not use the microwave or WiFi. We asked the staff for recommendations for activities and restaurants. They suggested activities and restaurants within walking distance and provided us with a map showing where we could find them. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to know anything about the Argentine wine available from 7 to 8 PM that is listed on the hotel web site. It rained that evening. The staff recommended the el Cisne restaurant at the end of the block. We had a nice dinner there and didn't get wet going to and from dinner. The bed was comfortable. We had a great night sleep. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty. We ate cereal, yogurt, bread, fruit, juice and coffee. Check out was efficient and quick. We asked the front desk staff to arrange for a cab to take us to the cruise ship port. The cab arrived on schedule. The staff discussed our desires with the cab driver and made sure he knew where we wanted to go. Everything went smoothly with the cab driver. We would be glad to stay there next time we are in Buenos Aires.

As most, I booked the hotel via internet without a first hand experience on it. But I was greatly surprised. We arrived early but were fortunate to get a early check in. The room was great, spacious, clean, well furnished, with a kitchenette. And a Jacuzzi bath tub! Breakfast was great, coffee, juices, Argentine- style "media lunas", great. The location is well placed, there is a nice park in front of the hotel. There is a "Subte" (underground) station 3 blocks away. And on the corner of Callao and Santa Fe you can catch many buses to different parts of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They organized the transfer from and to the airport for us. And as a cherry on top, we could stay a bit after the official check out time.

Just spent a couple of days in this hotel in Buenos Aires. Great hotel for its location (one block to Sta Fé Avenue), very tidy and clean (no carpets, what is uncommon for hotels in this city), spacious rooms and good free breakfast.... the cons are 2: tall bathtube made my old mum's shower a challenging moment and staff that could not help in anything (not even getting a cab in a rainy day). There is just one nice guy at reception, alll the ladies were unwelcoming.

A very good choice. Firm, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, strong WiFi, lots of space (ours was suite), a good number of electrical outlets, good lighting. Breakfast options were modest but sufficient. Would have been nice if kitchen area was better equipped (not even a dish towel?).

If your looking for a low key, clean and minimalist place to stay consider the cE Hotel de Diseno. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Nice heavy towels and shower with good pressure.

They offer excellent wifi. We stayed at plaza suite. The room was spacious and quiet. It offered very relaxing atmosphere. The view was spectacular. The reception was also very helpful and hospitable. The airport transfer that I booked 8 months ago came on time to pick us up. I really highly recommend the place to stay when travelling to Buenos Aires.

Excelente ubicacion. Los empleados del hotel fueron muy amistosos y dispuestos a ayudar. Excellent locTion. Everyone were willing to help. Friendly. I recommend it without hesitation. Not to miss the basement. Rhe glass floor gives the lobby an unique atmosphere.

We are always treated like family, this time the owner, Ernesto, invited us to have coffee and cakes with him. Everybody always makes us feel special, welcome and everyone is so helpful. The suite was spacious and very clean with a great view. The bed was very comfortable. This really is our home away from home in BsAs.

This hotel provides comfortable accommodation without frills. It's a short walk to the Uni of BA. Positives include excellent customer service by reception, a 24 hour access to tea and coffee in the breakfast room, use of one computer and free wifi. There's a continental breakfast available up to 12 midday too. Negatives for me were the view of walls and concrete, noisiness of the room ( I could hear the phone message tone constantly going off in the room next to me) and being asked to pay 40 pesos (about $4 Australian ) each for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The rooms are plainly furnished but quite adequate.
