The 60 square meters studio has separate spaces: bedroom, living room and kitchen and also a private terrace. The bedroom has a comfortable double size bed and a LED 40". The living room has a marble table with 4 armchairs, a comfortable sofa that turns into two single beds and another LED 40". The kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric heater and all the utensils you need for cooking. The terrace has relaxing arm chairs and table. WI-FI. A/C. Hair dryer and Iron. Bathroom with bath tub. Safety deposit box. Bed linen and towels are also included.
The building offers private security services 24 hours monitored with cameras. Exclusive amenities as swimming pool and deck zone, multi-purpose room with barbecue, fully equipped gym, sauna and relax area.
