Rooms with low maintenance and problens on toilet Breakfast expensive 30 dolares (so so quality) Have more quality hotela near Attendance a little bit lost yourself i have to return to pay second daily twice

This hotel is in an excellent location; steps away from the famous cemetery, shopping center, craft market, and many dining options. The staff was great, knowledgeable and friendly. They even arranged a car to pick me up at the airport - highly recommended if you are new to the area. This was my first time in BA and I was traveling solo. The city is not as friendly as I thought it would be for a single female. I wandered all over the city by myself and did have some issues with language barriers in non-touristy areas. This hotel is walking distance to so many great places and parks. I only stayed 2 days so the location was perfect to wander. TIP: you must have Argentinian pesos to pay taxi's and drivers, they do not take credit cards or other forms of currency. Also the cash machines are closed on weekends but there is a reliable money exchange place steps from the hotel.... this saved me, as many places do not take credit cards.

The hotel is across from the famous cemetery. We had a view from our room. There were bars and restaurants down stairs. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of storage and the bathroom was nice..

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The second you leave the “lobby” you are on a street with many food and bev options and vibrant energy, and endless dining and shopping opportunities within blocks. These people do party on the weekends though so if you want quiet, look elsewhere. As far as the rooms go, super simple without bells and whistles, clean, and comfortable. My room could use repairs, and they seriously need to update their towels, but in general so far a pleasant stay that works great for 3 nights in the Recoleta district of BA.

We had a really pleasant experience in this hotel. The location is great! There are many places to eat nearby and on a walking distance. The rooms are very big and confortable with a small kitchen. We just didn't have breakfast because it was not included in our rate. The only complaint is that the walls are super thin and you can hear everything that's going on next door. In our case, a big family with kids running around the room!

The view from our room was amazing right across from the cemetery. Walked around the wall enclosing the cemetery. Craft vendors around the park on the corner worth a visit. Restaurants close proximity. Room was comfortable and convenient there is a mall around the corner able to change currency into pesos. Breakfast was good. The only drawback was the night we stayed was a Saturday and people partied till 4:00 am even in the thunderstorm while waiting for a taxi.

Located in the excellent neighborhood of Recoleta, near the famous Recoleta Cemetery. It is in a privileged situation close to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping center. It is 700m from Las Heras metro station. It has a friendly and proffisional staff. The breakfast located in the basement is hearty and delicious. It has Wi-fi in its dependencies. The rooms are large and airy.

I was the leader of a group of nineteen people who booked into the. Cyan Recoleta Hotel in Buenos Aires for three days during the month of February, 2017. The hotel is centrally located in the Recoleta neighbourhood, and I had a room with a view overlooking the famous Recoleta Cemetery. Our reservation included breakfast daily which was superior to most breakfast I have had in similar class hotels in the USA. I had what I would describe as a standard room, in fairly good condition, but the furniture and fittings in the room could do with an upgrade. The entire staff was excellent, but I must say a special thank you to Johanna, who helped us negotiate a good deal with a taxi company to take us to and from the municipal airport for our trip to the Aguazu Falls. From this hotel it is quite easy to get a local excursion to visit all the other neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires. I believe they have competitively priced their rooms, and if I were to return to Buenos Aires I would have no difficulty staying at this hotel again.

We stayed at Cyan Recoleta hotel for just one night in April 2017. We decided to stay here as we had stayed at the Urban Suites next door and we were happy with the area. Check in was fast in the small lobby and we got room 202. When we came into the room it was on the small side but very light as there were white tiles on the floor, white walls, a couple of white barstools etc. The kingsize bed was large and I slept well in it that night even if it was a bit on the soft side. There is a small table with a couple of barstools and a small kitchen which included an empty fridge (it was possible to buy various stuff in the lobby if I’m not mistaken), a microwave oven and some basic kitchen amenities. The room looks pretty fancy at first glance but you can also see that it is a bit worn out when you take a closer look. Wifi was included in the room and worked fine. We had a great view of the Recoleta cemetery from our window. The bathroom was tiny and there was a shower option in the bathtub – I’m not crazy about shower curtains and it would have been great to see a better shower option. There were basic amenities like soap and shampoo and the wardrobe included a small safe. The breakfast was served in the basement and it was setup in a light modern room. It included the usually selection of sweet cereal, bread, pastries, various spreads and small glasses of fruit salad. Location of the hotel is good. It is located right next to Recoleta cemetery and Recoleta mall and in the area you will find shops, restaurants and bars. All in all we were happy with our stay at this hotel. The room small but it works great if you are only staying for a night or two.

We stayed one night at the Cyan Recoleta Hotel. The staff was excellent, both pleasant ant helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We were on the 5th floor but could still hear noise from the restaurants on the street below at night. The bed was a little soft and the sheets seemed to pull out from the mattress making for a less than great sleep. The breakfast was included and was good with a variety of mostly cold foods. All in all, I would say this hotel would be rated as a good quality for the price and location.
