La ubicacion muy buena, el personal deja mucho que desear con excepcion de uno que otro, el hotel esta muy descuidado, deberían remodelar.

The reception and most of the old employees are extremely helpful, nice and professional.

the location is good, if you ask for a 10 minutes use of business center you need to pay, arrived to the hotel no shower, no trash can at bathroom, noisy room. It is OK for business trip departing early, and returning late night to sleep, and location is good for diliguences in downtown

The hotel seems to be a good deal for the price (around 60-65/night). My room was very nice and clean. Overall service was good and there were a couple of English speaking staff at the front desk which was helpful. The breakfast was nice as well. The negative for me was that they were lacking in other amenities. The computer room was ancient and it took me a long time to get any of the computers to work (the one that did work, the letters on the keyboard were worn off) but I finally did get my boarding pass printed. The hotel has a nice looking lounge area that was good for happy hour, but there is no real restaurant to speak of. The limited menu is extremely limited. They serve it during lunch and happy hour but there wasn't anything interesting on it. They say they have room service, but get a bit panicked when you ask for a menu. The one time I wanted to order it they said they were too busy and were out of what I wanted. Also the fitness center was old but functional (I never saw anyone else in there) and needs an upgrade. The bottom line is that is if you're there on vacation, want a clean, decent place with few amenities (e.g., you plan to explore local restaurants at night, etc.) then the hotel is a good value. But if (like me) you're there on business (having room service, etc.) and like more amenities such as restaurant, business center, fitness faciltiy, you'll want to upgrade.

People were opened and closed door all night. I called Front Desk and they told me that I should wait a little bit and they would see what they could do. I had an early flight and the noises did not stop until I left the hotel at 5am. The room was ok.

The hotel location is ideal to explore all different Buenos Aires neighborhoods. Close to restaurants and wine shops too.

The hotel is located close to transit and the mall. The staff are really nice and will exceed your requests. Nice coffee houses around the corner. It is good for the price.

i was at this hotel for my vacation IN BA. I had an awesome time and hotel was a good value.

The Claridge Hotel is far from having 5 stars, it maybe has 1 or 2, it is very old, dirty, stinks, the carpet is so dirty you can't walk barefoted, the worst part is that we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 am, very tired from our trip and when we walket into the room what a disaster, it got whorse when I wanted to use the toilet, to my surprise, it had been used and not flushed!!!! so they didn't clean the room at all!! Please don't go to this hotel if you are looking for a good hotel, it is sad that they even offer this hotel in your website. the least that they should do is return the money!!!!! MY WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!

Good hotel for business stay. Convenient for transport, walking and restaurants

It's an old hotel but has great breakfast! I unfortunately didn't get a chance to check out the pool as we were out and about the entire time. The beds were comfortable enough. The internet was not very fast but worked.

Nice Old hotel. In the center of town. Staff is good. Old aviance.

The hotel is really pretty but you can tell the years have gone by and there have been not enough renovations made. We didn't had a phone connection in the room so out kids couldn't contact us there, we had to go to pay phones outside. The staff at the front desk is not very welcoming nor had a lot of intention of helping you, I would say however the the cleaning staff was very polite and nice.

It was a grand hotel long ago. Beautiful lobby floor, lots of marble; once elegant. But management no longer staffs it sufficiently to be a 4 star establishment. Just hanging on. Bathrooms are updated. Carpet in our room was dirty. Drape panel was off the hooks so attached only at each side. Gave the feeling of being seedy. No management is checking for standards. At arrival there was trash all over the entrance from a dumpster and no staff from hotel picked it up. Horrible first impression. Would not stay there again.

It's a comfortable place. The staff in general is not the nicest but a couple of times I ran into really cool people. The overall place, the breakfast, the bar, the gym are just meh... It's an ok place, but don't expect four real stars, no, sir, not at all...

Excelent service, it locate close to everything. Room are clean and in order. People they are very profesional

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although it is an old hotel the owners are making an effort to keep it in good shape. Our bathroom was very small and uncomfortable but in reality we spent most of our time visiting the city. We highly recommend this hotel.

good breakfast buffet, good business center, xxxxx

Nice hotel. No complaints. Friendly staffy, clean room (leave 5 Argentine pesos per day on the night stand, and the room will be perfect), great location, will stay there again next time around...

We stayed in the Claridge Hotel a few years ago and looked forward to doing so again. On the plus side, the staff is excellent, very helpful in responding to questions and our needs. The breakfast was very good and the room was of reasonable size. On the negative side, though, this hotel is badly in need of renovation. The walls of our room were covered in fabric. At one time this would have been the height of luxury. But now the fabric is dirty. Similary, the carpet was stained. All in all, our stay was quite comfortable, but visually we were disappointed.
