One of our favorite things about this property is the location! You’re located 5 minutes north of Dominical, which is a surfer’s paradise but offers so many other eco-adventures too.

🌊Playa Dominical is the perfect location for experienced surfers, while “little brother” Playa Dominicalito is better for beginning surfers. That beach is quieter and you’ll often find local fisherman selling their catch of the day.

🌅Dominical also features several beautiful waterfalls, including the Nauyaca Waterfalls, which are stunning to explore and include a natural swimming hole. Within minutes to Dominical, you can visit Manuel Antonio National Park and a plethora of wildlife, including capuchin monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds. Your paradise awaits you!!

🏞️While at the house, you will enjoy being fully immersed in the jungle. The home sits perched up on the mountain side, so yes you need a 4*4 to get there but it is not a difficult or long drive though. The home provides complete privacy for you and offers you multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy.

🏊‍♂️Whether you want to take a dip in the infinity edge pool, lay out on the sun deck which is amazing for stargazing too, challenge your friend to a game of billiards, have an amazing yoga practice on the huge upper view deck, take a bath outdoors in the huge soaking tub, enjoy an evening around the fire pit, or use any of the outdoor seating spaces to experience the many things a rainforest offers you.

🦜Birdwatching is abundant, including toucans and huge macaws, which will always fly in pairs. White faced monkeys are often seen and the neighborhood sloth makes an occasional appearance to those who look.
