Large, clean room with balcony, comfortable bed, and excellent recommendations from super friendly front desk staff Diana and Nacho. Would definitely stay again. The only reason I didn't rate Casa Joseph as excellent is that we had to work a bit to get what we needed (toilet paper, towels, and the safe to open). But again Diana and Nacho were fast and helpful.

I had a corner room up close to the top. It was amazing! What I liked: Spacious room / views / comfy bed / decor / great bathroom / shower wasn't tiny and has decent pressure / walkable location / water filled every day in glass bottles / the style of the hotel What I didn't like: not much!! Even though there's a kitchen space, there's no coffee in the room at all. There's also no coffee in the hotel. It's basically an apartment with lobby reception and cleaning. Which I was okay with actually. But you should know there's no coffee.

Room provided was not the deluxe balcony we had booked. It was considerably smaller than the 506 square feet indicated on the website. The layout was poor making it impossible to watch the tv from the bed. The seating was low and uncomfortable. Storage space was limited. The room was not as clean as it should have been. After walking across the floor my wife’s white Sox were filthy on the bottom. On the plus side, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good.

From pre checkin to the time we left, the staff and service levels at Casa Joseph was excellent, helpful and considerate. The property is perfectly located to venture out for a quiet evening to a party. We enjoyed our stay, Buenos Aires is a city of pleasant surprises, deep history and amazing people. Wish we had could have spent more time.

The room was very clean.The king sized bed was very comfortable. Diana welcomed us when we arrived and was excellent at explaining everything to us and even had some dining recommendations for us. The hotel is very well situated for nearby restaurants. Will.definetly stay here again.
