Spacious and bright apartment PH renovated in July 2019, has 85m2 distributed in 2 large rooms for 6 people, living room with balcony overlooking the street, kitchen dining room connected with internal patio, and bathroom.

An ancient and modern spirit lives here, this three-story house was built by my grandparents 70 years ago for the whole family. The one for rent is the entire first floor, with independent access, by stairs.

It can accommodate up to 7 adults or children + 1 baby (practicuna)
