For the price you can’t beat it.

Hotel was perfect for the price. Certainly no frills but in a great neighborhood and all you really need. Staff was helpful and attentive. Again don’t expect the Taj Majal but for the price I think it’s hard to beat.

location is good, need to take bus to get to the subway. lots of restaurants, pubs around. house keeping is minimal, we stayed 8 nites, they didn't change sheets, didn't sweep the floor, only gave us a roll of toilet paper, one day to have to wait for the cleaning lady to come to work to give us toilet paper so we can do our business! only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. Kitchen is a joke, a rusty tea kettle, burnt pot, no bowls, no can opener, no kitchen towel/paper, stove top takes long time to heat up... Good thing is the staff speak English and are quite helpful! Wi-Fi is weak..

DIRTY, REALLY DIRTY WITHOUT MAINTENANCE. SERIOUS: ONLY ONE KEY PER ROOM. THE WORST: THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK SHE DOESN'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MANNERS. SHE NEGLKEE TO PROVIDE ME HER NAME. SHE WAS A REALLY ROUGH PERSON. I WILL NEVER CAMEBACK AGAIN. AT LAST ONE SHE PUT A LOT EXCUSE TO GIVE ME THE RECEIVE. SHE NEVER DID IT. SECOND TIME HERE AND NO LIGTHS. WHEN YOU CALL EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER NOBODY PICK UP THE PHONE. THE AC DOESN'T WORK, JUST THE FAN. POOL DIRTY. CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY BAD. GO FOR ANOTHER HOTEL CLKSE TO THERE.

The room itself was okay, but the place is really not anywhere near as good as the pictures make it look. Finishing are falling apart. At least the bed was fairly comfortable. The worst part was the staff, who were extremely rude and unhelpful.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally made the reservation for 2 people when there was actually 3 of us, and they were able to give us a room with 3 beds at no extra charge. On top of that, we were able to check-in a little early. Setting up a car to pick us up and take us to the airport was done through them, which I found to be convenient since we needed to be picked up quite early in the morning. One down side is that the front desk is only open from 9am-6pm, which is quite limited, but it wasn't an inconvenience for us as we didn't need anything outside of those hours, but I imagine if we did, it definitely would have been difficult. Also, this hotel is more apartment style. Because of that, there is no resraurant or food on-site. However, there are many markets, resraurants, bars, and cafes nearby. We enjoyed this apartment style hotel. You kind of feel more like a resident rather than a hotel guest.

Cool trendy area without the price. Yes from me.

It was great, As the previous reviews state it is not really your typical hotel, It's more serviced appartments but I think was better. A whole appaertment for much less than a hotel. The bed was a hotel king (2 singles joined with a pillow top).but was super comfy. The neibourhood is in trendy bustling area of Palermo but tucked just away in a leafy street. There are loads of cool trendy bars and restaurants close by. The only thing is and lucky I read rhe previous reviews. Make sure you reply to the email about your arrival time after hours. Because they have to meet you with the keys. I was a bit early because it didn't take long from the airport but was met at the time I said. When I was greated with the keys I had a guided tour of the place, given a map of the city and tourist tips. Overall was really good and a lot chepaer than a hotel. Loved it.

Good option for the area

This is a nice little hotel in Palermo Hollywood. Friendly staff and nice spacious rooms. There are a couple of minor fixes that they should attend to (window hinges broken, rust in bathroom), but it's a great hotel for the price and this shouldn't stop you checking it out.

Amazing, highly recommend!

I had a amazing time in Buenos Aires. I highly recommend this hotel. I booked a single room and on arrival, the gave me a free upgrade to a large 2 floor apartment with a balcony, kitchen area and shower room. The hotel staff were so helpful and Liliana gave me her personal phone number and helped me with my lost baggage at the airport. They all helped so much. The hotel was immaculate and safe. The area was so easy to get around and radio taxis pass every couple of minutes. Will miss staying here, was a really positive experience, thank you!

Not What We Expected

This is not a hotel. It is a secured locked apartment complex which rents out a suite or two, and does not have a manned reception as per a hotel. Although breakfast is included in the price, you get a voucher to a restaurant just down the road, and if you do not speak Spanish that can be a real ordeal. We were in Antarctica for 12 days prior to arrival with no access to internet and did not get the last minute email stating that checkin was 3pm to 6pm. We arrived at 7pm and spent 20 minutes on the street trying to get into the locked complex. The reception buzzer did not work because reception was not manned. Eventually a guest phoned someone and we were promised a key within 5 minutes, they also let us into the courtyard to wait. After waiting another 20 minutes I knocked on the door of one of the suites and the occupants phone again and again we were promised a key soon. After waiting a total of 75 minutes we got the key to our suite. The suite was pleasant, large and airy with a small outdoor area and access to the pool. Had a small kitchen & fridge (no tea towel) and nice bathroom (no bathmat). We had a late flight the next day and we were pleased to get a late checkout.

Not in a nice neighborhood. it's not in good condition. Check out a better one. The room is not clean. The bathroom is too small. The front office closes at 6 pm.

Amazing 2 stories open loft in Palermo Hollywood!

Great location, we were pleasantly surprised of the size of the room, on two floors. With a small useful kitchenette. We loved the atmosphere and the lady at reception was lovely and helpful! Would go back in a heartbeat! We love Buenos Aires, and Palermo!

Best place Ive stayed in!

Best bang for my buck at a hotel I've ever stayed in. Amazing location in the middle of Palermo - great restaurants all over the area, friendly and helpful staff with good local tips for food, metro etc. The hotel is ca 10 min walk to the metro passing through the hottest streets in Palermo, the hotel room was spacey and very modern. No complaints at all!

Huge+Dirty = Weird

I stayed in this hotel for one night. I got a loft for a very reasonable price. The loft was HUGE (!!!) and had 1.5 bathrooms. The style of the hotel is wanna-be-modern, but in reality it is cheap and dirty... The walls were dirty, the bathrooms smelled like bleach. The shower tile was of dirty dark color, had a small hole for a drain (and it did not drain well at all, so I stood ankle deep in water). The furniture was cheap and dirty. The toilet paper in my friend's bathroom was soaked wet and dried, and had yellow stains on it. How expensive can toilet paper be?! The neighborhood is nice. But I really did not like the hotel, it was not cozy by any means, and I was glad I did not have to stay there long. And I would never stay there again just because it felt weird and uncomfortable (and bleachy and dirty)... I would be more comfortable in a private room in a hostel I think. The staff was friendly though, and there was wifi.

Acceptable, but not a place I would stay again

Mariana was very customer-friendly and helpful, but Javier was not friendly or helpful when we needed help with taxis. The rooms (we rented two) were clean and the AC was Okay in the heat wave of December, but took a while to cool down. One room had pillows on only two of the three beds, so our daughter slept without a pillow! The pool closed at 6:00 pm, much to our disappointment, and when we checked in a little before 6 and asked about towels for the pool the fact that it closed at 6 was not mentioned. The breakfast consisted of several slices of white bread a few slices of anemic 'wheat' bread and some jelly. No fruit, no meat, no cheese. It was safe and a place to sleep, but I cannot refer it.
