Disappointing Stay at a 4-Star Hotel
I recently had the misfortune of staying at this 4-star hotel, which failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The room's cleanliness was appalling - the bed sheets were dirty, the pillowcases were stained and crumpled, and the towels were old, worn out, and even had holes in them.
The hotel's front desk was nonexistent, forcing me to leave my luggage in a separate building three blocks away. The path to the luggage storage was under construction, with uneven pavement and small tiles that made the journey unpleasant.
The noise levels were unbearable, with loud shouting, music, and revelry coming from the attached to our building barbecue area outside my window until 4 am. When I reached out to the hotel's WhatsApp chat for assistance, they dismissed my concerns, stating that it wasn't an emergency.
To make matters worse, the neighbors buildings are currently under construction, resulting in extremely loud noise levels during the day.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was a disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone. For a 4-star hotel, the standards were shockingly low.
