Absolutely great. The staff was top notch! I was breaking my trip into two parts, going to Bariloche, then returning to another BENS hotel in Recoleta. Without me even asking, they offered to have my heavy bags sent ahead and stored in Recoleta while I was in Bariloche. The hotel is beautiful and extremely quiet, but still in the middle of a very happening neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived early in the day and they allowed us to leave luggage there. When we were leaving our flight wasn't until late at night, so they once again let us store our luggage as well as hang out by the pool and covered patio. They arranged for a Utility vehicle to pick us up because there were 4 of us with a lot of luggage. They were always friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of Polermo SoHo, it was close to restaurants and shops. This is a quaint botique hotel and it felt very friendly. While it is an older hotel, it was still was a very comfortable place to stay. We would not only recommend it, we'd stay there again.
