I love this hotel. I travel for biz often to Buenos Aires and I’ve stayed here for the last 6 years. Great location, love the neighborhood, service is great. However... the cleaning and the condition of the room is not as good as always. Bathroom cleaning is not up to the standard

This was a great hotel to stay at! The concierge was friendly and had great suggestions for places to eat, shop, and where atm's and cafe shops were located. Room was super clean and the balcony was great! It is in a great location for walking to museums, parks, and lots of dining and shopping!

-The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They let me have a free 3 PM late check out without a problem. -Spacious rooms with mini kitchenettes with balconies. Plus, a pool and a good location. It was a pleasure.

Fully meet my expectations, clean rooms, firm mattress. Good breakfast included and friendly staff available all times.

The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and wonderful with a kitchenette. The staff helped us navigate the city, currency exchange, and arrange for a massage. The spa is small - it has few showers, a small pool, sauna, and a gym. but it is a bit cramped. For example, there is no place to put your clothes if you decide to take a shower. The massage is not the best in town, but it is also very affordable.

I got in late and the front desk was most helpful, even ordering take out for me and bringing it up to my room at 11PM. An electric water pot made my day! Easy location, quiet street, little balcony. Breakfast was not included in my package but the adjoining restaurant seemed perfectly adequate.

Hotel is located in a nice part of town, walking distance to good restaurants. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfy.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Service is good an staff is friendly. Location is very good in Palermo and in front of Bosques de Palermo, very close to a lot restaurants, shopping areas and reasonably close to microcentro/biz district. I will stay here again no doubt. They just need to improve the wifi connection which is ver slow.

I have stayed in Cristoforo Colombo hotel on my previous visits and wanted to see what other hotels were available in Palermo. Awwa suites was a nice change. It is more updated and has a minimalist design. It was very clean and nice. It is very close to the Evita Museum for those interested in learning more about her. I only wish that breakfast was included in the price of the hotel. On my last day in Buenos Aires, I was able to ask for a late check out and was able to check out between five and six which was perfect for the night flight back to the United States.

Every once and a while one gets more than one pays for. This was the case with my stay at AWWA. A boutique hotel with a small spa and an adjoining modern restaurant/patisserie. The hotel has been renovated recently so everything is modern and works well. The restaurant is extremely convenient and high quality. The spa is modest but it offers everything one needs. The only drawback is that the hotel is located out of the center of activities so if you want to book a tour it is possible they ask you to meet them in a different hotel closer to the center of town, which requires an extra transportation cost. But that is a minor complaint. The hotel is located in a wealthy part of town, next to the Zoo and Japanese and botanical gardens. It is one block from the Evita museum (if you are into that). The area is quiet and safe. I walked all over town starting from there and enjoyed it immensely. Staff are friendly and speak English well enough to help. I highly recommend AWWA.

I spent two nights here recently and felt it was an excellent choice. The room, though not quite a "suite," was large, attractive, and comfortable. It had a two-burner stove, a microwave, etc., so you could prepare some basic things if you wanted to. The staff was quite helpful, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. I can't speak to restaurants or other features of the neighborhood because I did not have the chance to explore them.

This hotel was fantastic! The staff was helpful and the room was beautiful and clean. We loved the location as it was near beautiful parks, great restaurants, and very safe. However, we did have to take a taxi or subway to see most tourist attractions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel was a little removed from the city center, but off a main road that was easy to catch cabs from. Overall, wonderful service. Concierge was super helpful and booked everything for us since we did not speak Spanish well enough. Room was huge. Kitchenette, balcony, large flatscreen tv, and nice bathroom. We stayed in the Ricoleta neighborhood, and the room was half the size and more expensive. I would definitely recommend Awwa if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood.

This hotel was in a great neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants and parks. The staff was excellent and the room was very modern and clean.

We had originally booked for one night only, but the volcanic ash cloud from Chile affected our flights and we arrived in Buenos Aires a day earlier than planned. The very helpful hotel staff, realising our predicament, provided us with a room for the additional night at 7.00 AM without charging us the usual half day fees which would have accompanied the extra night's charges for an early arrival. The staff were also very helpful in providing tourism advice. Overall a good value hotel in a quiet street near amenities. There were some minor repairs needed to plumbing fixtures in the room which we reported on departure. We would stay again.

The hotel is quiet, set in the beautiful neighbourhood of Palermo, next to the city zoo. The staff is very friendly.

Great location - by a park and surrounded by restaurants. Spacious and comfortable room. The front desk wasn't friendly. Breakfast was charged for 60 pesos per person - really expensive.

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. They all spoke english which was great since we only knew a little spanish. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The location was perfect and in a great, safe neighborhood. It is within walking distance to many great attractions and restaurants. The pool and spa area were great as well although we didn't take advantage of this feature.

I spent 3 nights at Awwa Hotel at Buenos Aires as a tourist on a long weekend. The hotel was really nice, located at a nice and charming neighborhood, it is more like a flat, so if you are looking for a more resindent stay, at a non touristic area, you will like it! ANd still it is close to the main points in town. Nice breakfast too. Very clean!

Staff very helpful- spoke English. Very comfrotable, simplistic, yet stylish room. Great for coffee & breakfast there.
