I am renting my apartment to foreign students or people who are about to study. My apartment is located in the best area of Belgrano, a few blocks from the Coghlan train station and also close to the Belgrano-Tigre station. Large super bright room overlooking the city, means of transport, bus, trains, subway, cinemas , theaters, museums, supermarkets, everything is in Belgrano. Close to Universities. The apartment has 2 rooms, (one of them is rented), living room, large kitchen, fully equipped, with laundry room, centralized heating, WiFi, desk, night table, single bed, bedding changed weekly, bathroom private with shower and general cleaning once a week
1 month deposit and 1 month rent are requested, minimum stay 3 months. Unoccupied as of November 1, 2021. Dollars, euros or Argentine pesos are accepted. English and French are spoken
