A lovely short stay

Property was excellent for our large group. Plenty of space to eat, sleep and be merry. Wish we could have stayed longer. But it wasnt in our schedule.

WARNING - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

We had this property booked 6 months in advance for 2 different weekends in Buenos Aires. Just 3 days prior to arrival the host canceled our first booking. Then a week before our second booking she canceled again. She stated there were “water problems”, but we stayed nearby and the house was visible from the street, lights were on and people seemed to be staying there. Do yourself a favor and do not book this place, there’s a good chance you will be left with nowhere to stay just a few days prior to arrival!

Review

The house is pretty rundown, specially the kitchen, and several items didnt work properly such as the fridge and stove. the house was quite dirty upon arrival and had to be cleaned all over again. We waited days for repairs and spent quite a lot of time communicating with the owners. At the same time the house is charming and has a wonderful terrace. Its well located close to good restaurants and cafes and has a nicebar with live music downstairs (with sometimesloud music until early hours, as well as people dancing in the street). Regarding breakfast that was a one time session of pastries, marmelade, coffee and cacao, as said, once in nearly three weeks. The jacuzzi was cleaned by us and then we could use it.
