Oceanfront Two Bedroom Villa at Mar y Sol
Want to have the security of being in a community complex, but the privacy of your own place? Villa 2 at Mar y Sol is a perfect spot to soak up the ocean! This unit has two large bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms and walk out patios! The seasonal whale watching from here is amazing! We highly recommend you grab the provided snorkels and head down to the beach right in front of your unit! It`s spectacular!
This is a public private ungated parking lot, you`ll have room to park one vehicle. There are stairs down to the condo.
We live and work in Los Barriles. We are here to be your concierge and offer our assistance however we can!
Mar y Sol is a condo complex situated Ocean Front in Buenavista, a short 5 minute drive to downtown Los Barriles or a 15 minute beach walk.
If your plans are to stay at the condo you will not need a vehicle, but if you`d like to explore at all, we recommend asking us for ATV suggestions.
In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children.
When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.
There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.

Great Spot On The Beach
The location is great! The beach is nearly private as there are statically placed boulders which prevented the ATVs from crossing in front of the condo. The entire front of the condo opens up so you feel like you are just above the beach. The bedrooms and upstairs bathrooms are nice and large. There is plenty of room to relax. There are a few steps to take to get to the condo but well worth the walk. The pool was nice and clean. We will be staying there again.

A wonderful spot to stay with a beach that goes for miles. The condo has everything you need. The only thing that would make the place better is a gas barbeque . The complex is filled with friendly people .
