The property is poorly maintained and tired. Hot tubs were cold, rec room poorly maintained. coffee maker in room didn't work, shower didn't work, dangerous luggage ramp, staff no where to be found. restaurant closed. They don't even have a sign outside telling you where you are. We drove past it the first time.
The property was clean and staff is very nice. Because Monarch Pass it is a sky resort the hotel empty. No rate.
It’s in a beautiful setting ! Very quiet !

I liked the heated pool I didn’t like the tiny hot tub and time options to use it. I didn’t like the food, the expensive price for the food or the horrible service from the cook and the server. Overall a horrible experience! I won’t be back and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.
Rundown property, room next to me partied loudly all night and front desk didn’t do anything about it even after I called 4 times.
This is the closest hotel to Monarch Ski Resort, about 10 min drive. But there is no shuttle service. The facility is very old with a very slow elevator. Jacuzzi was not working and pool was cold so we didn’t use them again. We received no room service for the whole 5-day stay. Our first request was flat-out denied by cleaning staff “we are too busy “. They did not come to vacuum our room as promised despite our request. We have to take out trash ourselves. We had to go to the front desk to receive the most basic amenities such as replacement towels and extra soap. Cold continental breakfast was the lowest quality food we’ve ever paid for, period. Other guests were outraged as well. Staff were generally in bad mood and not hospitable. WiFi is free but very slow and intermittent. There was almost no cellular reception with AT&T. Overall, unbelievably terrible, worst hotel stay we have ever experienced.
The resort needs to be updated. They are short staffed and I need better Internet service
There was no air conditioning which is not listed clearly. The price was pretty high for the lack of amenities
Poor air quality. Smelly. Run down. Hard beds. Would be ok if it didn’t cost me so much. Had I known more about the conditions of this building I would not have stayed. I think it is a health risk
Except for limited cell phone reception lived the place. Clean, comfortable, pool and hot tubs were good. Restaurant was very good with a good variety.
The property was not air conditioned so we did not stay.
A unique feature was the pond and creek behind the building. It was nice to walk around those with our kids.
No AC in room. Very bad during summer. Halls smell. Poor food in restaurant. Building is in poor condition. For the money, there are plenty of other places to stay with Air Conditioning.
Loved being on side of beautiful mountain. View from room was spectacular!
The outside property was beautiful, especially the back.
