Lovely Property

Really enjoyed our stay, the villa is in a good location with nice views, not too overlooked by other surrounding villas and just a 5 minute walk to a nearby shop. Everything was very clean and tidy on arrival, all the facilities as described and everything that we needed. Very friendly owner who contacted us via WhatsApp a few days before to advise the checking in process - which was all straight forward, then was also very responsive for a couple of questions throughout the stay regarding minor things like putting the rubbish out correctly (this was our first trip to Italy so we were unsure of the process). Highly recommended and would look to go back if we decide to visit Sardinia again in future.

Very Nice Location and Responsive Owner

The house's location was great - quiet neighborhood, yet close drive to beaches, towns and restaurants. There is a small beach within walking distance and a nicely equipped store down the street. The unit appeared new, and was very clean. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Wir haben zu Dritt im Oktober eine sehr gute Zeit in dieser sehr schönen Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut, modern und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Restaurants, Supermärkte und vor allem die schönen Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Pina ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und während der Reise war völlig problemlos und zuvorkommend. Das Ein- und Auschecken war einfach und an unsere Fährzeiten angepasst, so dass wir keine Wartezeiten hatten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Schönes, modernes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist ein schöner, moderner Bungalow mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern und von einem großen Garten umgeben. Die Vermietern Pina schrieb uns einige Tage vor unserer Ankunft eine Nachricht über WhatsApp mit allen wichtigen Informationen zum Check-In, der komplikationslos bei uns verlief. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Uns hat es während unseres knapp einwöchigen Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt. Auch ein Supermarkt und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar, sowie einige Restaurants. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaus, Traumlage, bester Urlaub👍

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Pina. Alles lief reibungslos. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist toll, fußläufig sind die Traumstrände der Baia St. Anna zu erreichen. Jederzeit wieder, vielen Dank an Pina👍👍👍

Ferienhaus Tanaunella

Unser Urlaub bei Maria Pina war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt und das Haus war sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern (großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Berge und Sofa). Kommunikation war einwandfrei und bei Problemen war ihr Vater sofort da. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist neu und sauber. Man kann auch gut zu Fuß zum Strand von Baldoni laufen (800m) genügen Parkplätze sind jedoch auch am Strand vorhanden. Die Kommunikation hat gut über WhatsApp funktioniert. Die Küchenausstattung ist jedoch etwas dürftig ( 4 Messer,4 Gläser)Der Vater der Vermieterin schaut täglich nach dem Rechten und steht als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.

Sehr schönes Haus in idealer Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und alles ist neuwertig. Taunanella ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen und Besuche der umliegenden Strände. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Straßen mit anderen Ferienhäusern. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Pizzeria und der nächstgelegene Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vor Ort wurde wir sehr herzlich vom Vater der Vermieterin empfangen. Er ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht auch ein wenig deutsch zur Klärung der wichtigsten organisatorischen Fragen. Die Nachrichten und die WhatsApp-Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin haben wir per Google Übersetzer auf italienisch geführt. Lief einwandfrei mit sehr kurzen Antwortzeiten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Unser erster Urlaub auf Sardinien

Wir haben uns in dem sauberen und gepflegten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfangen wurden wir vom Vater der Besitzerin. Er hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Für uns standen Wasser, Kaffee und Gebäck bereit. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend/Ferienhaussiedlung. Von der Terrasse hat mein einen wunderschönen Blick. Zum kleinen Supermarkt sind es nur 500 Meter und bis zum breiten Sandstrand direkt an einem Pinienwäldchen ungefähr 800 Meter. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Une très bonne écoute de la propriétaire avant et pendant le séjour Un très bon accueil également La maison est très agréable bien équipée dans un quartier très calme avec la mer à 10 minutes à pied et 3 minutes en voiture (parking payant mais peu cher) Nous avons passé 10 jours confortables Mise à disposition des produits de base Les photos et le descriptif sur le site sont conformes Nous avons trouvé à Budoni centre un supermarché qui s’appelle MD (uniquement) qui n’est pas cher et qui ont une très bonne boucherie Bonne adresse que je recommande

Supermega Unterkunft und Gastgeber!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist neu und hochwertig, ordentlich, ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, hat ein tolles Bergpanorama sowie einen großen Garten (optimal für Kleinkinder, gelegentlich für mehr Schatten selbst nachhelfen). Heizkörperanschlüsse noch ohne Heizkörper, stört aber nicht. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Maria - die Gastgeberin - war immer erreichbar und kümmert sich zusammen mit ihrem Vater um ihre Gäste. Sehr tolle Gastgeber! Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt wenn man eine Unterkunft bei Budoni sucht. Auch San Teodoro und Strände sind in 20 min erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Grazie!

Sehr schönes, kleines Häuschen

Wir hatten selten so ein schönes und vor allem sauberes Haus. Es war alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Mit Maria Pina konnten wir ganz flexibel unsere An- und Abreise vereinbaren, da wir uns ja an die Zeiten der Fähre richten mussten. Alles gar kein Problem und sehr flexibel. Der Vater hat sich regelmäßig um den Garten gekümmert und uns leckere Feigen mitgebracht. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!!!!

Casa nuova e perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Accessoriata di tutto: dagli elettrodomestici a tutti i detersivi, prodotti per l'igiene, piatti, stoviglie.... C'era tutto ma proprio tutto. Il prato curatissimo. La signora Maria Pina sempre disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha addirittura fatto la spesa per la colazione del primo giorno (era domenica) e portato dei dolci sardi per il viaggio di ritorno. Speriamo che la Proprietaria abbia un buon ricordo di noi come noi lo abbiamo di Lei.

Ein tolles Haus!

Staumöglichkeiten. Die große Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, Rasen wie auf einem Golfplatz. Genügend Platz um Fussball zu spielen, perfekt für Kids und auch Hunde. Die Nachbarschaft besteht aus schönen Ferienhäusern, insgesamt sehr ruhig. Supermärkte, Restaurants teils zu Fuß oder in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Der Budoni Strand zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Uns hat der freundliche Vater der Besitzerin betreut, er spricht sogar ausreichendes Deutsch, brachte uns Feigen und Kaktusfeigen, sehr lecker. Mit der Besitzerin hat die Kommunikation per Übersetzungsapp super geklappt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren im Haus noch nicht fertig (Lampen), aber wirklich nicht störend. Uns fehlten nur einige Sonnenliegen im Garten, diese wird es in Zukunft wohl geben. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist schöner als auf den Fotos.
