The main beach is Baia Budoni, a 4 km sandy beach of fine white sand with clear blue water, it is about 450 meters from the house and can be easily reached on foot. Not far from the house there are various types of services and premises such as market, bar, restaurant, tobacconist, post office etc. On summer evenings the center of the town comes alive with markets, musical events, rides and shows of various kinds. There are various places and meeting places and it is possible to carry out various recreational and sporting activities. In the country you can easily move on foot but there are also bus and taxi services to reach the beaches and nearby places. The house is located about 30km from the port, airport and train station of Olbia. At 9km to the north is the town of San Teodoro with its renowned beaches and nightlife and at 8km to the south is the village of Posada, a village perched on a hill overlooking the sea. In the vicinity of Budoni you can make excursions to various places of interest such as Tavolara, Costa Smeralda, the archipelago of La Maddalena, naturalistic oases of the east coast, Gulf of Orosei, characteristic rural villages of the hinterland etc. Use of car for excursions is recommended, but public transport is also available.
