Just 150 meters from the sea, we find this apartment immersed in a small residential complex in Budoni, in the Matta 'e Peru area; located on the raised ground floor, internally it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom; The property includes a veranda furnished with table and chairs from which you can glimpse the sea, a reserved parking space and there is a large common area where children can play in peace. Present: TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, and external shower. It is the ideal solution for lovers of the beautiful sea, nature and absolute tranquility; Matta 'e Peru is in fact a fraction of Budoni that is still almost uncontaminated, characterized by the presence of a pine forest right next to the sea and more generally by the typical Mediterranean vegetation, as well as by the total absence of noisy commercial activities. However, all the main services are in the immediate vicinity: in Tanaunella, as well as in the town of Budoni itself; in the immediate vicinity of the house, the beaches of Sant'Anna, San Giovanni and Ottiolu are certainly worth a visit, all suitable for children due to their shallow waters.
