Anna, near Budoni, 30 km from Olbia (airport / port) brand new villa apartment with 4+2 beds master bedroom, small bedroom and double sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with LCD TV, air conditioning; 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, large veranda, barbeque. From the veranda and the garden you can enjoy a wonderful seascape and Tavolara island. White sand beach within walking distance (400 meters). Supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy within walking distance (600 mt.). Just 10 minutes from San Teodoro and its nightlife.

Feines neues Ferienhäuscheb

Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet, in der Küche befinden sich alle notwendigen Utensilien. Theoretisch können bis zu 6 Personen dort schlafen, wovon eins ein Doppelbett ist und in einem weiteren Raum zwei Einzelbetten vorhanden sind. Das Klappsofa eignet sich nicht wirklich zum Schlafen, es ist ziemlich klapprig und man müsste immer wieder den Esstisch wegräumen, um das Sofa auszuklappen. Wirklich toll ist die überdachte Terrasse mit der Sitzgruppe. Wenn man über die Hecke schaut, kann man das Meer sehen,ebenso wie aus dem Schlafzimmer Fenster. Zu den beiden Stränden ist es zu Fuß nicht weit und sie sind wirklich sehr schön. Unser Ansprechpartner antwortete immer sehr schnell und war sehr hilfsbereit. Für kalte Tage gibt es eine mobile Heizung, außerdem sind Ventilatoren und eine Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich vorhanden. Hier und da müsste mal eine schraube nachgezogen werden. Wie waren Ende März/ Anfang April dort und können dieses Ferienhaus wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Alles bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten gepasst

Schönes Häuschen, gute Lage, 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, Außendusche, Klimaanlage alles vorhanden. Kleinigkeiten die nicht so gut waren: Lampe im Bad bei Spiegel hat gefehlt, Tischlampe im Schlafzimmer war kaputt, Klodeckel war locker, Vorhänge bei Terrasse haben gefehlt, Spülmaschine war auch ziemlich locker drinnen. Eine Frechheit finden wir allerdings, das man den restlichen Müll man am letzten Tag, selbst zum Recylinghof bringen sollte. Ein NO-GO war allerdings die sehr stark verschmutzte Polsterung(beidseitig) auf der Terrasse, da muss ein Hund draufgelegen haben, sowie auch das Sofa im Innenbereich. Für uns gilt als oberste Priorität die Sauberkeit, über den Rest lässt sichs streiten...

geweldig!

De eigenares gaf al aan dat de indruk van het appartement niet vast te leggen was op foto`s, dat is zeker waar! Wij hebben er met z’n drieën met heel veel plezier verbleven. Het appartement is mooi en van alles voorzien,heel netjes. Wat betreft de locatie is alles goed te bereiken, strand en winkels op loopafstand. Het stadje met de "avond markt" is met de auto binnen 10 minuten aan aan te rijden voor gezelligheid en lekker voor een wandeling. Het contact met de eigenaren was heel fijn en verliep goed, ook altijd tot je beschikking als er hulp nodig is.
