Brand new and very comfortable, well furnished. Ideal for any clientele / need.
We are in the hills, behind the famous beach of Budoni "Sa Capannizza", about 1Km away.
Oasis of tranquility, between sea and hills, but very well served. In fact, only 30mt there is the central square of the village with Bar, Tobacconist, Newsstand and MiniMarket.
The center of Budoni is only 1Km away.

Lovely, relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay in Limpiddu. Property is exactly as described and it is great to have pool on the doorstep. Apartment is walking distance to a shop, pizzeria and cafe and beaches are just a short drive away. Monica was really helpful, offering suggestions of places to go etc. and was always contactable. Similarly, Marco, who greeted us on site, was also extremely helpful, offering suggestions and any assistance we needed. This is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Sardinia.

Holiday in North East Sardinia

Stayed at this apartment from 29th August to 9th September. Just myself and my wife so very comfortable. The apartment is pretty new and it is maintained in excellent condition. All facilities are in excellent condition and although we ate out predominantly it was well equipped to be an ideal self catering set up. Would easily suit a family with kids, as indeed most of the other apartments were filled accordingly. We were met at the apartment by Marco. Very nice guy who explained the set up well, even though his English wasn't the best. Better than my Italian though. He was on hand throughout, as he runs the local store, and his assistance was very helpful. The area itself was really nice. Tony's cafe was ideal for morning croissants. One local restaurant and a pizza place and an agriturismo within walking distance and any number of restaurants within driving distance in Budoni and Taranella. Budoni beach is only a short drive, 5 minutes away or a host of others within driving distance. Al in all it was an excellent holiday spot and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again if we were to return to that area. Only downside was I found the Internet strength was poor and kept dropping out continually. Take your mobile and tether through that and you shouldn't have any issues. Special mention for having two sun beds that were available to take to the beach. Saved a fortune on hiring beds. Overall Monica has a lovely apartment and we thought it was well worth the money and good value. We loved it. Thanks Monica and Marco.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Monicas Ferienwohnung!

Wir kamen als Familie nach Sardinien und haben uns in der Wohnung auf Anhieb total wohlgefühlt! Die Bilder geben das wieder, was dort vorzufinden ist. Es ist sauber, gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht. Wir kamen mit Baby abends an, der Kühlschrank war kalt, es gab Getränke, sodass wir auch abends gut versorgt waren. Wir standen mit Marco, dem Assistenten dort, gut in Kontakt. Wir hätten uns mit allen Schwierigkeiten an ihn wenden können. Der Pool ist toll, sauber und gepflegt. Zum Meer kann man laufen, es dauert etwa 20 Minuten, oder man ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto dort. Alles in allem eine tolle Anlage, auf der sich Gäste jeden Alters und auch Familien pudelwohl fühlen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben umfangreiche Informationen vom Gastgeber erhalten. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und alles war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön direkt an der Autobahn falls man sich die Umgebung anschauen will. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken, der Strand ist in der Nähe und bei Fragen meldet sich der Gastgeber schnell zurück um zu unterstützen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft sowohl als Paar wie auch als Familie sehr weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Woche auf Sardinien

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber - genau wie auf den Bildern! Es ist alles da was man braucht. Einzigster Nachteil: die Wohnung ist hellhörig und die Nachbarn über uns waren zu hören - was jedoch nur morgens gestört hat. Monica war immer gut zu erreichen und bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen lieben Dank für alles - kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir konnten als Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Appartement verbringen. Der Kontakt mit Monica T. war bereits vor Anreise sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Wünsche und Anliegen wurden alle erfüllt, um uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Der CheckIn ist sehr gut organisiert und Marco (vor Ort) stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und u. E. sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (entspricht ganz den Fotos). Ein netter "Willkommensgruß" ist ebenfalls vorbereitet. Auch die Appartementanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und bietet bei abendlicher Beleuchtung einen tollen Blick. Für uns einzig nicht ganz ideal passend, war das doch sehr hellhörige Appartement (EG) und das enge Zusammenliegen der Ferienwohnungen. Im Sommer, bei voller Belegung, kann es sicher etwas laut und quirlig werden. Aber wer eine Appartementanlage bucht ist sich dessen sicher bewusst. Insgesamt haben wir sehr schöne Ferien verbringen können und können die Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Einfach perfekt!

Wunderschöne, moderne Ferienwohnung mit allem drum und dran und absolut ruhig. Der Pool ist genial! Die Lage auch perfekt, man ist in 5-10min am Strand mit dem Auto. Auch die Schnellstraße ist nicht weit, so kann man auch andere Teile der Insel besichtigen. Die Abwicklung mit Marco läuft klasse, er und Monica sind wirklich super liebe Menschen. Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen dort verbracht.

Perfekter Sardinien-Urlaub

Das Fazit gleich zu Beginn: wir haben einen perfekten Sardinien-Urlaub verbracht. Schon die Ankunft war perfekt. Alles war mit Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet und Marco hat uns alles erklärt. Die kleine Anlage um einen tollen Pool herum ist perfekt. Wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse zum Pool, auf der wir schöne Abende verbringen konnte. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, vom Gewürz bis zum Grill, den wir auch gut genutzt haben. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, nah genug am Meer, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Gegend ist perfekt, um von dort aus Strände und auch das Innenland zu erkunden. Uns hat wirklich nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil!

Gepflegte und sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefüllt, sie war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend dekoriert. Es wurde gewissenhaft auf Corona-Hygiene geachtet (z.B. Desinfektion, Poolregeln und Tragen eines MNS). Auch die Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Pool war ein Highlight. Die Betreuung durch den lokalen Assistenten Marco war sehr gut und hilfsbereit und Monica ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung hat ein Familienmitglied gestört, aber das ist ja oft eine persönliche Wahrnehmung. Für vier Erwachsene hat die Wohnung eine ausreichende Größe. Den Weg zum 1,9 km entfernten wunderschönen Strand von Budoni haben wir mit dem Auto zurückgelegt, da der Fußweg über eine Hauptverkehrsstraße führt. Ein negativer Punkt: Die (bekannten) Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Bei dem Mietpreis sehen wir die Kosten eher inkludiert. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Nett, sauber...immer wieder

Das einzigst negative wäre für Sardinien am Ende tatsächlich die doch sehr nervige Mülltrennung sowie die Mücken. Die Unterkunft übertraf fast unsere Erwartungen. Vor allem was die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung betrifft. Getoppt hat dieses eigentlich nur noch Marco - der stets super freundlich und bei Problemen auch unkompliziert und prompt zur Seite stand. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen !

Alles wie erwünscht

Ferienwohnung fast neu und sehr gepflegt. Pool top sauber. Service durch Marco sehr hilfsbereit. Einfacher Filter für gemahlenen Kaffee, wie in Deutschland üblich, wäre sinnvoll. Entfernung zum Meer wohl doch etwas weiter als angegeben.

Opnieuw een schitterende vakantie!

Vorige zomer was ons verblijf zo goed dat we besloten om dit jaar opnieuw te komen. De locatie, het appartement, ... zijn een aanrader voor iedereen die wil genieten van een rustgevende vakantie op Sardinië! We hebben opnieuw genoten van een fantastische vakantie. Zoals beloofd heeft Monica gezorgd dat de wifi nu prima werkt. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Da wir schon viel Verspätung hatten mit dem Flugzeug und Mietwagen, sind wir 2 Stunden (23 Uhr) später als geplant angekommen. Wir haben Monica angerufen und Marco ist dann sofort zur Wohnung gekommen. Er war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles schnell erklärt da wir nur einfach essen und schlafen wollten. Tags danach haben wir im kleinen Market ( paar Schritte) ein paar Sachen zum frühstücken gekauft. Die Wohnung war Tipp Top sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Außer Vorschlag: Safe Zur Begrüßung hatten wir eine Flasche Wein und Süßigkeiten von der Region von Monica bekommen. Nochmals danke. Wohnung ist sehr groß,schönes Bad . Tolle Terrasse. 2 gute Liegen und 2 klappbare Liegen für Strand und einen Sonnenschirm. Wir hatten Glück, daß wir so gut wie immer den Pool alleine für uns hatten. Es gibt eine Pizzeria die sehr leckere Pizzen macht. Stand ist schon sehr weit, Auto erforderlich. Eine kleine Bar gibt es auch, doch wir waren nie dort. Die Müll Trennung ist ja schon sehr verwirrend, da bei uns ein wenig anders getrennt wird. Es ist nicht alles gut erklärt, aber man kann Marco fragen. Und denke das wir noch nicht alles richtig gemacht haben. :-( Man müsste mehr Details auf Fotos sehen. Die Betten waren für uns angenehm, etwas hart. Wir haben es so gerne. Wir hatten Bettwäsche und Badetücher reserviert. Die Betten waren sogar schon bezogen. Da wir spät angekommen sind , waren wir sehr erfreut darüber, danke. Was auch super war,daß man genügend Teller / Besteck... hatte um nicht eine fast leere Spülmaschine laufen zu lassen. Küche auch komplett. Also wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung und Anlage

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und ist gepflegt und sauber. Der Betreuer vor Ort (Marco) ist sehr nett und jederzeit zu erreichen, da er nur wenige Schritte von der Anlage entfernt einen Minimarkt betreibt. Auch Monica, die Vermieterin ist per Mail und whatsapp gut erreichbar, wobei wir das gar nicht in Anspruch nehmen mussten - es war ja alles in bester Ordnung. Die Umgebung lädt zum erkunden ein und über die SS125 kommt man problemlos zu den schönen Stränden im Norden und Süden von Budoni, wobei der Strand nahe der Wohnung uns mit seinen Pinien, Dünen und feinem Sand mit am besten gefallen hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ob großer Supermarkt oder kleine Geschäfte mit allem, was man braucht, findet man in Budoni ausreichend, ebenso Restaurants und Cafés. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht.

Wir waren im Oktober eine Woche in der Appartementanlage in Limpiddu. Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe der Schnellstraße, unweit von Olbia, viele schöne Strände in erreichbarer Nähe. Auch die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (selbst mit Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen). Das Badezimmer ist toll! Die Anlage hat eine gute Architektur. Lediglich der kühle Pool war eine Herausforderung. Der Kontakt Marco war sehr nett, auch in seinem Markt haben wir täglich bekommen, was wir brauchten. Die Pizzeria direkt daneben ist ebenso sehr zu empfehlen! Zusammengefasst.... Alles perfekt! Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Soggiorno nel trilocale

Come coppia abbiamo soggiornato nel trilocale. Appartamento nuovo,molto pulito e ben arredato,con tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere una vacanza in comodità e senza stress.Il patio esterno è ideale per la prima colazione con vista piscina e per i più "mattinieri" è possibile scorgere l'alba sul mare. Forse da migliorare la copertura wi-fi. Il residence è in una buonissima posizione,situato vicino alle spiagge e facilmente raggiungibili in auto in pochi minuti. Ottimo punto di appoggio per spostarsi lungo la costa orientale. Monica è una piacevole persona,molto disponibile e discreta.Grazie per averci ospitati

Superbe location neuve et fonctionnelle et équipe avec tout ce qu’il faut lors du séjour . Très jolie piscine apprécié par les petits comme les grands . Très appréciable le contact avant d’arrivé avec Monica qui répond toujours au message et vous conseil sur tout ( supermarché, chemin à prendre....) . Nous avons même eu la chance de la voir les derniers jours personne très gentille agréable et soucieuse du bien être de ces hôtes . Merci à vous Monica et bonne continuation 😊

Schitterende vakantie in Sardinië!

Vriendelijke en behulpzame verwelkoming door Marco (eigenaar buurtwinkeltje). In het appartement stond reeds melk, water, een fles wijn en typische koekjes klaar. Het gloednieuwe appartement is een perfecte locatie voorzien van al het nodige comfort (badkamer met regendouche, vaatwasser, wasmachine, ...). Alle ruimtes zijn voorzien van goed werkende airco. Elk appartement heeft een eigen overdekt terras met tafel, stoelen en extra ligbedden. Vanuit het terras heeft het gelijkvloers appartement toegang tot een goed onderhouden gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Aandachtspunten: de wifi is een 4G oplossing, maar stelt niet veel voor. Er is geen koffiezetapparaat aanwezig, enkel een italiaanse versie. In Limpidu kan je terecht voor je dagelijks brood of kleine boodschappen in het buurtwinkeltje, een heerlijke koffie in het cafeetje en heerlijke pizza in een afhaalpizzeria. Het complex ligt op 5 minuten rijden van het strand en Budoni. Een auto is dus een aanrader. We raden dit verblijf zeker aan. We komen met veel plezier nog eens terug!
