Independent newly built villa consisting of kitchen, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, direct access to a spacious covered veranda, with exclusive back garden ideal for dinners and lunches, a double bedroom with access to the garden, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet '. On the front there is a small garden, the apartment has a private internal parking with a gate, an outdoor shower with BBQ.

The apartment is very comfortable, functional, and includes a washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and all kitchen accessories including a coffee pod machine. the rooms are spacious with comfortable wardrobes, we provide nr. 2 cots for children, use of bikes, umbrella and mats for the beach which is 800m away and a few minutes by car from a wide choice of beautiful beaches where you can spend your stay.

Vacanza ideale per la famiglia e il relax

L'abitazione si trova in una zona leggermente isolata, a circa 5 minuti in auto da Budoni e in una posizione lievemente sopraelevata: di sera quindi è piacevolmente rinfrescata rispetto alle zone vicine alla spiaggia e gode di un'ottima tranquillità. La casa è confortevole e molto funzionale, ideale per una famiglia e per una vacanza in relax. La spiagge intorno a San Teodoro sono raggiungibili in circa 20-25 minuti di auto Roberta e la cognata Elena sono molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o problema che possa sopraggiungere. Sicuramente da consigliare!
