Small, very welcoming villa, tastefully furnished and very close to the sea- ideal for a relaxing vacation in Sardinia.



This small, typical Italian vacation home is located only a few meters from the beach. Only a small pine forest separates the semi-covered terrace from the crystal clear water, where you can cool off and splash around with your children. The warm cliffs are ideal to warm up in the sun afterwards.



The village of Budoni is surrounded by hills and the center is formed by wonderful stone houses. This historic center, rich in history, with its cafes and restaurants, is the center of the lively nightlife: discos, meeting places and restaurants enliven the atmosphere all year round, but especially in summer.



However, the cottage is located so far from the center that the hustle and bustle of the city is not heard during the day or at night.

Bei uns hat alles gut geklappt, netter Vermieter( Kommunikation nur auf Englisch oder Italienisch) und schöne und saubere Wohnung! Für uns war alles vorhanden was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht…..Sehr ruhige Lage, abseits vom Trubel. Kleine Pizzeria fussläufig in der Nähe.Einmal ums Haus rum, durch einen Pinienwald und man war nach ca 150 m am Strand.Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Urlaub in der Unterkunft.
