Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, garage, driveway, and backyard.

You’ll also receive a fob to access the shared neighborhood pool, just a short walk away. Please keep track of the fob, as replacements incur a $150 fee.

Garage remotes and smart lock access are provided. Yale smart locks allow for easy, keyless entry using a personalized code.

Having a car is recommended, though most errands can be completed within minutes. The home is conveniently located near major routes:

- Trash and recycling are collected early Wednesday mornings, but we’ve arranged for a service to handle this so you don’t have to move bins
- The home is smoke-free and pet-friendly (please include your pet in the booking)
- There are security cameras monitoring the exterior only (e.g., front door and garage); there are no cameras inside the home
- Weekly or biweekly cleanings can be arranged for longer stays
- The home is ideal for medium-term guests: insurance relocations, work assignments, family transitions, or renovation-related stays
