The home appeared unkept outside. We almost thought it was vacant or abandon. The yard and patio were overgrown and unkept. The home had a foul odor coming from the master shower that was present throughout. At night the temperature of the home heated up and would not cool down making sleeping uncomfortable. When reported they were quick to respond but unable to resolve. The furniture (beds) needed to be tightened from likely incomplete assembly. Very limited kitchen items. The home was clean as were linens. Not sure we would recommend overall.

Good location in Buda. Clean and well stocked with towels. Backyard was huge but a little overgrown but dogs were fine. Would suggest securing the fence next to major street better as smaller dogs could slip out. Also the curtains were sheer and think darker ones would be best especially in the front bedroom. Mostly spent time at our familys house nearby so can't give opinion about the kitchen. Overall it was good & spacious for us with 2 dogs.

This house has plenty of space, if that is what you desire. However, there was no privacy in the bedrooms or bathroom as the windows are only covered in a see through material. The kitchen was extremely minimally equipped. It just wasn’t what I have experienced with other homes we have rented.

Good location. Very roomy house with 2 queen and 2 double. Fenced in back yard if you bring your dogs. Very close to Main Street to shop/eat. Only negatives were no big bowl for serving and table very small (could only fit 4 plates and one dish for serving). Very clean and updated house

The house was clean, the patio furniture was filthy and no cushions for the patio chairs. They offered to have someone come over and address- we just cleaned ourselves. Very sparsely furnished- did the job. Disappointed for the price - poor value for money. Easy walk to restaurants etc.

City getaway.

The house and property provided plenty of space. The inside of the house was clean and so was the front yard. The back yard was spacious, but it could have used a raking, but nothing to complain about. The house was also relatively close to everything else in the city. A few small minor details to keep in mind. The master bedroom ran a little hot at night, so we lowered the temp on the thermostat. The bed in the master also was a little to hard for my preference. However, my GF thought it was fine. Also, the faucets were a little to close to the sinks in the all the bathrooms. If my hands were any bigger, I would have had a difficult time washing my hands. Also, there is only one TV in the house and it was in the living area. Still, for us, none of these items were close to a deal breaker.

Found the toilet paper roll holder in the master bathroom falling off the wall when we checked in. How can you not fix this before clients show up? Also, Completely empty Large entry living space. Not even a chair to sit down. The pictures on your ad are deceiving.
