PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!! IT’S A SCAM! THE HOST DIDN’T HAND ME THE KEY TO ENTER THE APARTMENT. I AGREED WITH THEM TO MEET AT 6PM. I WAS AT THE LOCATION BETWEEN 6PM - 7:30PM AND HE DIDN’T COME, DIDN’T ANSWER THE PHONE. HOTELS.COM TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM AS WELL.

DO NOT BOOK!!! I never read or write reviews, i like to take as i find, BIG mistake! I should of read the other review as the exact same thing happened to me as the last review! Zero communication from the owner...happy to take your money but dont expecting to actually use the room, it needs removing from hotels.com! Solo female traveller left to find last minute accommodation in a foreign country, shameful!!

Didn't even get to stay in the apartment as we couldn't get in contact with them! Had to book an expensive alternative hotel at late notice, otherwise we would have been stranded late at night. No sign of a refund and we're battling still!

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I was never given access to the apartment after messaging and calling multiple times. Agents from Travelocity attempted calling to no avail. I never even got to step foot in the apartment and ended up spending $300 on a room at a nearby hotel. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE.
