The document will be sent online, through Airbnb, before the check-in time. Refusal of this request results in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
2. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and violation of this rule will be fined 100 EUR.
3. Bedding and other supplies are for the comfort and use of our guests. They belong and must remain on the premises. Make-up, blood or any other type of stains on bed linen and towels that cannot be removed by normal washing will be charged. Any damage to furniture or other essentials will also be charged.
4. No shoes in the house. You will find slippers among the towels.
5. Netflix is free, but rarely, this service might be interrupted for unknown technical problems. Please consider this when booking our property.
