I like this hotel. It's one of the best places for our family for celebration of New Year's Eve, very classy food but everage drinks and poor wines. We like very much Sheraton club with a good service and excellent view! I recommend this hotel!!!
I just completed a two night stay at the Sheraton Bucharest and had a pleasant experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. My SPG Platinum status was recognized at check-in, resulting in an upgrade to a suite with Club Lounge access. I would like to commend the professionalism and service of the Club Lounge staff, particularly Sebina. She always made me feel welcome and "at home" whenever in the Lounge and is an excellent Starwood representative. The hotel is within a 15-20 minute walk to most major sites in the city center and also has a concierge service which can help plan tours (including day trips to Bulgaria). I look forward to a future visit!

I visited early time receptionist was very kind and I could check in. He explained hotel accommodations in detailed. I am very satisfied with this hotel and specially thanks to Allex. I will come again if I have chance to visit Romania bucharest.
The hotel is located in a walking distance from all Bucharest’s main attractions. Food was amazing. Breakfast buffet had delicious and wide selection of fresh items. Most staff were very friendly and helpful except the reception girls who seemed very indifferent and not helpful at all. E.g. once our room card was not working and when we asked to reception girl to re activate it she firmly insisted that she couldn’t do anything about it (!) as if we should wait outside the room till next morning so the ‘system’ allow her them to réactivité it ... Thankfully, her supervisor was close by and told her something in Romanian, she then did it and there was no problem at all with the ‘system’ They have a well equipped and very clean gym too.
It was really good stay the room was super and from all the stuff in the hotel TUDOR from the reception was really above all in his service with lovely attitude and helping in every question or request... thanks... MOSHE
We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Bucharest, Romania as the first stop of a tour in October. We had a nice moderately sized room with a full sized bed (with 4 pillows and a white duvet cover), a desk, and a single easy-chair. The decor was modern with black lacquer furnishings. The room had coffee fixings (including decaf) and an electric kettle in the room; and the room lighting was good. The bath room was nice with a shower in the bathtub and offered face/wash cloths and a nice selection of complementary toiletries and amenities. However the shower head wand bracket was defective and the height could not be adjusted. The head slid down to the lowest possible position - about chest high - and couldn't be set any higher. We had dinner at the hotel's Avalon Restaurant which had a slightly limited menu, but the food was tasty, well-prepared, and decently priced. I had the Lamb Chops and Vegetables which was very good; my Wife had the Duck Pasta which was to her satisfaction. I felt that the food preparation was a bit slow (for a nearly empty dining room). The restaurant's decor was a bit sterile and it's location was less than optimal. A patron had to wind past the elevators and through a service area before locating the main entrance. The next morning, the Breakfast Buffet was completely overwhelmed: There was insufficient seating, only one long serving line snaking through two rooms, not enough wait staff, a long wait for coffee and/or juice and food. A second buffet line of servers and warmers was available (physically) but unused in the second room.
Very good services of reception people and the most kind person is mihaela, she. Will help you with everything that you need or have questions about Romania she is perfect and single :) lol . also bfk is the best. U musy try it. Xoxo
Arrived late at the Hotel, but Alex & Mihaela from the Reception had a warm welcome for us, treated us like royalty, polite, nice and helped us get around the city and recommendations ! Also gave us good room with amazing view! Gotta admit we had more than we ever wanted! Had a perfect stay at the Hotel! Thank you Sheraton and firstly Alex & Mihaela!
