Overall it was a nice stay and what I would expect for a 3 star hotel . The staff was super helpful and nice . The only complaint I have about the room would be the heating. The heating didn’t work great but the staff did leave extra blankets in my room after cleaning without being asked . Maybe consider upgrading or adding a nice portable heater . As far as amenities it would be nice to have WiFi that works , Netflix access , or at least a smart tv to access your own Netflix account . It would also be nice if we were given free bottles of water instead of being charged for it and had microwaves on the rooms to heat up leftovers .

The staff were friendly. The receptionist even came to help me with my sofa bed when I didn't want to share a double with my sister. It did seem a little run down but it was clean and warm and the room was spacious. The location is very good, right in the middle and with buses to the airport regularly and a metro station close by.

It’s centrally located .. the rooms are big with plenty of space .. you can shower or take a bath … issues are that you have to walk up roll up ur luggage to get to a 1940s open and close 2 doors elevator …for customers with mobility issues that won’t work.. they also don’t provide shampoo .. the bars of soap provided are inadequate… there also is no hair dryer in the room ..there is no same day laundry service… it takes two days to get ur laundry done .
