Excellent ➕ Friendly staff,Felicia is the best Awesome facilities. Excellent breakfast. The Caesar salad is one of the best I ever eaten Ursus beer-a local beer in Romania is the best We are going to be here again 👍
The hotel had a warm, relaxed, ambience. My bedroom was a good size, quiet, very clean and cosy (it was snowing outside). All the staff were welcoming. I tended to eat and drink in the softly-lit lounge bar (L’Arpege), rather than in the restaurants, because the bar was where most patrons tended to gravitate after dark (I was at work during the day). The bar menu was quite extensive and the food was good (but not particularly healthy!). Felicia and Adrian who work behind the bar, were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The dignified hotel doorman (another Adrian, I believe) was also a very nice character. Picturesque Herăstrău Park is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, and well worth a visit.
Nice big corporate hotel. Fast friendly service. 85 Euro for superior room. Parking and airport shuttle is an extra charge which I was not expecting. Position is very central with lots of parks and amenities close by. 20-30mins from airport depends on traffic.
Very comfortable hotel with an exceptional breakfast. I stayed for 5 days and every morning looked forward to talking with Ana. Not only was she very professional, her attention to customer service and genuine kindness was unparalleled. It is truly rare to come across such a beautiful person.
Hotel dominates the sky line and has a interior design which is Art Deco in feel. It’s slightly rough around the edges, taps for example had lost bits but nothing major. Breakfast was a bit odd but Service was great. The rooms were spacious, the views amazing!
Few days on business, this is a great hotel , my room was high quality, very comfortable and modern bedroom and spotlessly clean . The facilities are very good, excellent Wi-Fi , bar and restaurant are really good, nice meals good quality and reasonable price. The staff are excellent and cant do enough for you, from the bar and restaurant staff, reception staff who are really helpful, cant fault the hotel and would recommend and will be back when in Romania
I stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks on a business trip and the entire staff treated me like family. My requests were always met with a smile. From Gabriela who took care of me and my production at any hour of the day (or night), to Ana at the free breakfast, who had my meals literally waiting for me and started off my days with a smile and Felicia at the bar/lounge, who always looked after me for dinner whether downstairs or through room service. On top of the fine staff my room was always clean and whisper quiet. The curtains provided complete darkness for photo sensitive people like myself who needed to sleep occasionally during day light hours. I could go on and on but I think you can tell I would return in a heartbeat.
It must have been a good hotel at one time, but now it is tired with grumpy people working there. I am sorry to be harsh here, but if you are in the service industry then you need to have the mindset to go with the job as well. The staff at the reception were indifferent. The staff at breakfast were rude and completely oblivious to what customers wanted. Talking about breakfast...it was probably the worst you can find and I travel a LOT. The rooms were ok. You cannot get a half way decent cup of coffee in the hotel. The rooms have instant coffee and the breakfast place has the automatic vending machine coffee which one day out of two that I was there did not work.
The hotel room is quiet good, but the showers are a bit old. Eather to hot or to cold. But the hotel bar is really good and the Negroni is awesome! The Lady at the hotel bar is doing a good job. And even for late check out, this hotel is flexible if you are a frequent customer.
The room was fine. I had an inside room - short on views but long on peace and quiet! The room was well furnished, clean and tidy. I had a good Wi-Fi connection, in contrast to other hotel reviewers. Breakfast was efficient and really quite fresh. Good selection of breads and juices. Good selection also of fresh fruit and cold meats. There was a chef preparing pancakes at a station outside the kitchen - always a good sign! Boiled eggs always available but you had to order any other kind of egg - again, I like that; it means that your eggs are freshly cooked. A good business hotel near a shopping mall and within striking distance of both the city centre and the airport. Efficient reception desk.
