Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was very good. They serve raw honey! But the beds were too old. From head to toe there was a sunken centre. Also the wifi was poor and there was no foreign exchange available. People are friendly and cleanliness is up to standard.
We slept here prior our flight back to UK. Hotel very close to the airport, easy to get there avoiding the city traffic. Staff were helpful. There was a lady at the reception who gave us exceptional service. I read her name on the badge, but forgot it. Such a shame...as she deserves all the credit. My boyfriend has feather allergy and as soon as we pointed that to them they changed all our bedding. Good views and next door to Romexpo where we enjoyed the Street food carnival. We will be back to this Pullman.
I really love the atmosphere of this hotel. The rooms are nice, clean, good size, the beds very comfortable. I like the lobby area and the staff. The have a big parking area, and is important to know that at the payment moment ( automatic machine) should select one day and will cost 30 lei instead on not selecting anything and paying 4 lei/hours. I recommend this hotel for the nice atmosphere and friendly staff and for the very good price for what they offer.
The Pullman hotel is a nice, clean and well maintained hotel. It is not located in the city center, so it is a bit of a drive to the center. The reception was very professional and efficient. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, but it is in need of an upgrade as it is a bit outdated.
2nd stay in this hotel. Very good location for business trip. Close to airport, park and shopping mall. Clean hotel. Front office staff and concierge are friendly and professional. Room spacious and clean. All facilities in room. Breakfast buffet, room service and breakfast staff need improvement. Good wifi.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my business travel. Location was concenient due to proximity to the businesses i cooperate with. Beside the nice hotel service, also the additional facilities like booking a business car and hosting a business dinner at the hotel restaurant were professionally arranged by the hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel for business stay. Alina
and push the 50 kg TV table to get to the socket to charge my mobile. Come on guys, you don't save that much on electricity! Apart from that, a decent hotel with a wide variety in the restaurant and friendly staff
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I usually select the Pullman when in Bucharest. The hotel is large and is in a quiet part of Bucharest so is great for a good night's sleep. It is close to the airport so only 10 minutes by taxi. The rooms are clean and tidy and have reasonably modern features. I would stay again when in Bucharest in the future.
4 star luxury. The rooms are good. Pitty that my hairdryer did not work. Very clean. But it is more a hotel for business people. Nothing much to see or do around the WTC. Breakfast buffet is Ok. Wifi is good.
The Pullman in Bucharest offers a very good service for a very reasonable price. There is still a difference to the 5 Star Hotels in Bucharest, but that’s complaining on a high note. The gym is not that fully equipped, as they advertise it, but it gives you the opportunity to work a sweat. What really made a difference was the breakfast and the supervisor Ana. She made me feel very welcome early in the mornings and took care that the buffett was stocked and my needs are fulfilled.
