Enjoying staying in the Pullman in Bucharest. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Food was good - breakfasts excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. For me the location of the hotel was first class - I will return.
Location. The hotel is outside of city center and close to several business center. Therefore expect the travel if you need to go the city center (old city and etc). Uber works very well, regular taxi drivers do not accept cards, so be aware. The Check-in\check-out. It was fast and easy. The only issue: while checking-out the girl was so busy and in hurry that is why she gave me the wrong receipt. That is why needed to wait again in a line to change it. My recommendation to the hotel: please check that cases and if you see that a customer returned solve the issue fast, don't make him wait. The room. The room is clean and pretty big. You will have all required for bath and etc. You can ask for a toothpaste as well. The furniture is pretty old but in a good condition. Unfortunately the room does not have enough charge point. So if you need to charge the phone - you need to plug out any other room's device. In current times - it is not cool. The breakfast. It is normal. Not so big variety of options, but is ok. The nice thing - they cook pancakes In real mode for you, it is nice. You can also order eggs by waitress but be prepare that could speak English bad. My recommendation: do some kind of menu for eggs and it will help a lot for customers to make an order. Other stuff. In that building they have nice steak restaurant, a little expensive but good. Also hotel is connected to the Mall. So you can do quick shopping as well. Overall, a good hotel, but a little old and pretty far from city center. Great for business people in case you have office close to it. Thanks!
Is ok,the breakfast is good.the personal is nice and warm.the furniture is not old is verrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyy old.the elevators is not enoght.when she come more people for the acomodation the elevatores is to few.i ask at the reception were is the steps for if i want to up at the steps and the answer he block me:we don’t have!!! Strange!!!!!
Stayed for two nights on business. Got upgraded to a suite on the 11th floor. Huge room with large living room area. Coffee machine in the room. Bathroom was a bit dated. Overall an OK room. Went to the gym once which was very small. Two running machines, a bike that was broken, stepper and some weights. Visited the steak restaurant in the hotel which was good food and service. Breakfast is a buffet and nothing to rave about but OK.
The hotel itself is good, as a Accor Platinum they upgraded me to a quite spacious suite with 3 rooms, Nespressso machine, etc. The experience got totally destroyed though with the terrible breakfast experience. Poor selection, very poor service (many dont speak English, had to go to ask someone what I mean when I asked for a napkin on the table - which is odd that there weren't napkins after all), the breakfast room itself is ugly about the same as in the nearby Ibis Gara du Nord.
+The proximity of Romexpo -Cheap breakfast -The bathroom and the furniture at the hotel are very old and worn out -The bathroom is not ventilated -There is no parking on the property, parking is done in the neighbors at a paid car park
Close to the city park - rooms ok but basic. I am missing a charging plug as I had to unplug the light to charge my cell phone near the bed. Service and customer service is great - also the room service and menu card are good price for value. If you want to get out for dinner, there are plenty of options to go in walking distance - Hard Rock cafe or any of the lake lounge bars which are only a 10-15 minute walk away. The city center is about 30-40 minutes away by car.
A Nice Hotel with comfy beds and a good fresh breakfast each day. The staff were pleasant and friendly and the hotel was clean, comfortable. Unfortunately a few of the facilities were closed for renovation but there was a small (very small) gym room open.
Our time at the Pullman was highlighted every morning by the cheerful greetings and service of Ana the restaurant manager. Not only was the food and service excellent, but Ana's extra care made every morning we were there something to look forward to!
The hotel staff were very nice and forthcoming. I traveled with my family and our baby got a special little baby bed/cot. The breakfast was very generous and tasty with continental and local specialties. Everything was fresh. The rooms were in very good shape. The hotel is in so far in a good localization as they also have a pharmacy in case you need one. The hotel also has great conference facilities. Sadly they don't have a swimming pool but OK ... :-)
