Most of the staff were very friendly. The woman at the check in desk was rather smartly. No smile. People at reception need to leave their moods at home! The room was very clean just could use some work. Food in the restaurant was good. Nice service.

I'm a return customer. That tells everything!

Great Hotel. The staff was excellent and provided great advice on great restaurants. The room was huge, and bathrooms were spacey. The hotel was by bus line to airport which made getting and back very convenient and inexpensive.

Great location, great service!

excellent services, excellent breakfast

It was a beautiful and clean hotel with a kind and helpful staff. I would recommend it to my friends, and will look for Pullman hotels on my future travels.

The lobby is grand and the bar was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a hot week and the air conditioner could not really keep up the night we were there, even on the highest setting. (And I come from Florida, so I can stand some hot weather). By midnight it was stiflingly hot and so hard to sleep. Breakfast was solid. Coffee was good, though they serve it to you, so only one cup I guess. No fruits for the cereal, unless you want grapefruit and watermelon on your cereal. (How about some local berries, cherries, or prunes?) I hate to cavil because it has a beautiful lobby, charming rooms, and nice views. Overall I felt pampered there and would go back, but not on a hot night.

The hotel was geared towards business travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, however do NOT use their hotel car to go to the airport. They charge 70 Romanian Lei and invoice you, but will also call you a cab at your request, which is never, ever more than 20 lei from the hotel to the airport. So, just have them call you a cab and you will save 50 lei and arrive at the airport in 15 minutes. Even if you are rich, there is no point in using the hotel car unless you really just don't want to have Romanian currency on you.
