The hotel was fine, clean and tidy - the shampoo etc was replenished during our time - it was also a long way to the gym and swimming pool. Would be helpful to know a swim cap is required prior to travelling.

We stayed here on a last-minute basis and don't usually spend on more upscale hotels, so it was a nice treat! The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and the room was spotlessly clean. We were extremely impressed by the soundproofing - our room overlooked the pool and a super loud party, and yet we could sleep just fine! The breakfast had lots of options for my picky kid, but a few moldy items were provided which was a little gross. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and we appreciated the kind staff, easy parking, and great location.

People first! Alexander at the reception desk-respectful curious and super helpful even during moments of high stress when the bus unloaded dozens of travelers. The hotel is not luxurious but VERY clean, good functional spaces and amenities. The pool and restaurants are shared between all Radisson hotels in the complex. Lovely fresh breakfast. Cleaning staff is flexible and responsive.

The rooms were nice and clean. There were good workout facilities and great outdoor and indoor pools. The breakfast was great. However, it took more than an hour for us to check-in to our four rooms. That seems excessive.

We had the green building which was old but the bed was comfortable and we had a kitchenette. Room was quite large and had all expected furniture. Our friends stayed in the red building and had a fun modern room without a kitchenette but was much smaller.

The hotel was reasonably priced but we were not aware that there were stairs everywhere which made it awkward to get into the hotel and move around with our luggage. The building is very confusing. It is close to everything and is in a safe neighbourhood. Also in order to use the outdoor pool you would need to join a beach club.
