It is a very good hotel in the Bucharest center. It is a very clean hotel with very friendly staff, very good for those who want to have fun in the old center of Bucharest because the distance can be easily traveled by walking about five, ten minutes. Breakfast is rich and fresh. I recommend this hotel with all confidence.
This hotel is lovely and modern. The only thing that was weird was the toilet was in a different room and you had to come around and go into the "shower" room to wash your hands after. The breakfast had the biggest variety (and tasted good) that we had on our entire trip. The staff were helpful - we were checking in for our flight and the boarding pass didn't print so someone came over and fixed the problem (the printer beside the computer wasn't set to the proper default). When ordering a taxi to go to the airport, they print a receipt that has the cab number on, which we presented to the taxi driver so you know you got the correct taxi. The location is great - about a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Many restaurants are located around the hotel and in Old Town. If I go to Bucharest again, I would definitely stay here.
A very friendly hotel, located superbly in the heart of Bucharest close to the old city. Friendly staff and willing to help at any time The breakfast is a great surprise with perks and fully assorted to satisfy the most pretentious guest
Big, stylish rooms, extra comfy beds for a good sleep with a sofa on top, useful safe, fridge, irreproachable cleanness, super breakfast ( meats, cold and hot, cheeses, veggies, fruits, juices, prima coffee), helpful staff. All in the core of Bucharest.
This hotel was recommended by my colleagues in Bucharest, and it did not disappoint. I did my reservation by combination of phone+mail, mainly because I wanted a “flexible” reservation, not the “pay-all-no-changing” deal from the internet booking system. No Problem. The location is very convenient right next to the old-town, and close to public transport (metro). The Hotel was easy to find thanks to my GPS. Without Sat-Nav you may need good orientation-skills as the center can be busy and there are one-way-streets around the hotel. The motorcycle has been left right outside the hotel for 2.5 days, under the security-camera, next to smokers-corner. Looked quite safe. Not sure what staff will say if a group of 3+ motorcycles park there…) There is a payable car-park below as well. Check-in was smooth, possibly a bit rushed (I always have a list of questions, especially after a week on the motorcycle: parking, ironing, laundry, breakfast+food, fitness/swimming… ). The room was Spotless and spacious. Novotel-quality. Excellent bed, bath, shower. Nice! Wifi was quite good, as I would expect in this type of hotel. Sleep was Excellent. Breakfast is in a spacious restaurant area and has a large selection of food and OK coffee. Checkout can be done totally automatic. But in my case, I did ask for a printed invoice before leaving, and that was not a problem. The price was not cheap, but still reasonable for the quality and location. Overall, a very Good Hotel, I would not hesitate to return.
Good hotel un the city centre. Close to museums, bars, restaurante, etc. The rooms are comfortables and cleans. Is a Google option un Bucarest. Id you stay un the hotel, please visit the 11 floor....there are a room only for customers with different beers, wines...etc.
Highly recommended: most probably the best mid-range hotel in town. Best chain central location, large spaces, friendly service. All major sightseeing spots in walking distance, also public transport.
We really enjoyed. The rooms are very clean and the food was great. The service is very good. The hotel location is very good as it is in the center near the mall and the old city. We enjoyed with our 4 children a lot!
I spent 5 nights in Bucharest in May for the Experience Bucharest conference and stayed at the Novotel. I can't fault my stay - the beds were wonderfully comfortable and the room was understated and classy. The location is fantastic - right by the old town - and the hotel is beautiful both inside and out. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of breakfast options (and even a vegan section!) which were fresh and tasty. The hotel staff were charming and extremely helpful - they helped take my bags up to the room when I arrived, organised a last minute airport transfer when mine didn't show up and even left out a beautiful fruit platter and a plate of Macarons in my room! Nothing was too much trouble - I couldn't have asked for more! I didn't get a chance to use many of the facilities (pool, bar, gym, restaurant etc) but give my experience of the rest of the hotel, I'm sure they were of a great standard. Although this was a business trip, I would certainly opt to stay here myself as the prices are extremely reasonable considering the level of service on offer. Thanks for a wonderful stay - I will be back!
This hotel is ideally located in central Bucharest and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are a bit on the small side (we had 2 children with us so a suite would have been better) but there was no noise at all from the adjacent rooms. The pool was a nice bonus but the water was too warm and a bit murky.
