Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We arrived at property and we’re unable to make contact with landlord. We had to walk around city with all our luggage and find a last minute expensive hotel. Landlord refused to issue refund claiming we didn’t attempt to call him. We called 4 times with no answer. Unable to use the room and wouldn’t give refund. We did get into building just not the apartment.

Rooms were good size with big windows that could be open, the apartment is in walking distance of the old town. Easy check in and check out. Would be great to be a bit more guest centered.
