The first stay was more than acceptable and initially rated 5 stars generously. But on the second stay the room despite being advertised a room with city view was just a room with a courtyard view,on the ground floor. I'm not a queen drama but the fact that I wanted to rest and I couldn't was a factor enough important to change my review. The lady at the office was speaking so loudly that I could hear every word. The Tv sound was futile. and that's a big Bo-Bo and No-No from me. Sorry Hotel Tranzzit.:(
this is the courtyard view of the ground floor room no 3 advertised as city view, connected the courtyard to the hotel restaurant and terrace, so I guess I was fortunate the restaurant was closed.

I am sorry to report....Tranzzit Hotel was below my expectations; there was literally "nothing" in terms of even tea facilities; the room was tiny, the bathroom had not even a bathmat to avoid getting the floor wet and slippery; added to that, the toilet was leaking water as there is a plumbing issue...at least in my room (304); it's lucky I am somewhat fit as having NO lifts and three flights of steps; others would be very unhappy as they may not be even my fair level or fitness; added to that - I woke up to a cockroach next to my head

The hotel at walking distance to train station Clean and safe but there is no elevator and staff was not helpful we had to carry our bags to 3rd floor They don’t allow you to use coffee machine they close common resting area very early. After 8pm there is no body to help you .Because Front desk is closed early , after check out, we need to come back to hotel early to get our bags there is no air in the rooms windows don’t open the street They charge for AC extra . no curtain in the bathrooms . My advise : they should have 24 hours front desk and somebody must help for the bags or at least if customer request, they should give them lower floors. They should provide hot water for coffee or tea there is nothing at the lobby That’s why I gave low ratings The rooms are not bad and they are clean but customer service is not good They should be more helpful.
