Thorough and fair review

Overall: While the property offered a convenient location and some modern touches, several shortcomings marred our stay. The property, though aesthetically pleasing, lacked essential amenities and practical design choices. Positives: * Prime Location: The property's proximity to town and local amenities, including a fantastic Italian restaurant, was a major plus. * Modern Decor: The stylish interior and comfortable beds contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. * Convenient Facilities: The inclusion of an iron, dryer, and ample water supply were thoughtful touches. Negatives: * Insufficient Amenities: The property was understocked, with limited essentials like a coffee machine that doesn’t work, coffee cups, toilet paper, and tea bags. * Poor Layout and Design: The unusual layout, including a kitchen shower and awkward bedroom configurations, was inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of bathroom locks and thin walls compromised privacy. * Maintenance Issues: Several issues, such as faulty lamps, loose cupboard handles, and temperamental showers, detracted from the overall experience. * Pest Presence: Reports of critters within the property were unsettling and unacceptable. We question how it would fit 8 people. Even with 7, the single bed was basically in a porch way with limited lighting and wardrobe opportunities. While the property has potential, it requires significant improvements to provide a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.
