Nice position walking distance for most things. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice. The room was very comfortable but a little too warm for us even though the temperature was minus outside.

This hotel is supposedly rated 4*. I for one cannot imagine why! It's spring time and the weather has been outstanding at around 17 degrees. The hotel advertises air conditioning in every room and in the in room brochure stares climate control in every room. This is not the case as the air con is turned off centrally. I spent 4 days here and 4 long and very hot nights. The room temperature is crazy. I made my complaint to reception only to be advised to open the window! It did cool the room a little but as this hotel is on the 2nd busiest road in the city the noise was phenomenal and so this was not an all night solution. 80 degrees is not a heathy or acceptable room temperature all because they want to save money. Oh and by opening the windows there is a good chance of being visited by pigeons! Added to this breakfast is not good. The staff are unwelcoming to the point of appearing rude. One morning I went to breakfast and the 3 largest tables were" reserved". All the other tables were either occupied or had not been cleared so I just stood there as the staff wandered around me or were looking at their mobile phones. Then one said please take a seat to which I replied where? They then realised their mistake but did not apologise. This is not a 4 star establishment in any shape or form and a written complaint will be sent to my travel agent when I get home. You have been warned fellow travellers. Beware

Nice hotel in the best area of town. Close to stores, concert hall, theatres, restaurants, art museum, casino. Very clean and spacious room (was upgraded upon arrival without even asking), extremely courteous staff, amazing breakfast buffet featuring abundant and hardly resistible options. Wifi included in price. Will definitely return.

It is located 10 minutes walk to old town with clean and adequately furbished rooms. Breakfast has various dishes such as cheeses, fresh fruits even eclairs. Fast WIFI connection is available. They have also meeting rooms for business travellers.

Its a very good choice for a hotel in the city centre. Clean, with nice rooms and polite gilrs in the reception. Good choices in the menu if you decide to have lunch or dinner and nice breakfast. However I consider it expensive for a hotel in Bucharest and there are equal hotels with better prices.

We had the nicest , warmest and most professional Bell Boy Mr Cornel!!!! Beautiful and lovely Miss Andreea at the Reception and the wonderful and helpful waitress and waiter Stefania and Eduard! Amazing team ! Outstanding service from all the staff made our 4 day stay at the hotel mostly enjoyable and we are definitely coming back sometime soon!!! Thank you very much !

Let me start off by saying the staff were lovely and the hotel itself is very pleasant to be in. The rooms were spacious enough with a television with a variety of channels, powerful shower and spare pillow in the cupboard(I always need more than one). Unfortunately there were a couple of issues that I experienced. Firstly, we ordered food for lunch and dinner (both times the food was closer to tepid than warm) - this was a pasta dish and sandwich however on another meal that we shared later (carbonara) it was the perfect heat. The sandwich was meant to come with French fries but they had none so we were given sautéed wedges that were ok. The tray table was left overnight and when we left the next morning it was moved to in front of the fire exit, not exactly what I would expect. Secondly, our room was absolutely roasting hot, we tried to amend the temperature gauge to no avail eventually deciding to turn this off all together and periodically opening the window. Overall however, if you are looking for a nicely located hotel for a good price, friendly staff and good amenities then it is definitely an option. If I was to stay more than the couple of days I did, I would have had to make a bigger deal of the issues I had.

Because of his location - very close to the city center - and of the value You will have a pleasant stay at this hotel. Very nice stuff. Nice services and modern designed. Enough space in rooms. Maybe more space for reception but this doesnt matter.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly and greeted us with a cheerful smile. The room was not overly spacious, but two people could move around without getting in each other's way. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but we fell asleep pretty quickly, mainly because we were so tired! The breakfast was really delicious and the hotel is located a short walk from the metro, which helps for getting around.

Would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends visiting Bucharest. Not sure where it all started but overall after check out I did get a bitter taste after the whole experience. It might have started with their no smile policy as it felt like everyone was forced to work there, clearly the manager must have been a doll. I even remember one really cold morning asking the receptionist if there is anyone who could grab me a pack of cigs from the shop and the bell boy who was probably assigned to the task informed me that the nearest shop is 10min away (sorry, what is a bell boy service?) The room itself was dusty especially the wardrobe, and the whole place needs a massive revamp. Also it's not very chic to serve yellow smoked salmon for breakfast. Guys wake, up it's not 1995 anymore.
