This is a modern hotel which features abstract and concept art throughout. The primary colours seem to be white, black and red and this is continued throughout the public access areas and the suites. Down stairs, there is a lounge area, a bar and a restaurant which serves a selection of snacks/ light meals. We visited in winter/ off season so the restaurant was not in operation, but the staff still accommodated us by repairing a light meal for us. The bar has a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, but at the time of our visit (February 2018) you could only pay for your drinks in cash. If you don’t have cash with you, there is a grocery shop next door which has a cash machine. Upstairs, the rooms were spacious and in good condition. There are complimentary tea and coffee supplies, as well as a mini bar with snacks, soft drinks and alcohol. There is a small food menu in the room from which you can order until 1am. The hotel information folder in the room also included a letter from the hotel owner asking us to contact him personally if we have any recommendations for improving the service at the hotel. I thought this was impressive as I haven’t seen something like this in any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms also include a wardrobe and laundry bags if you want to do some washing. Simply fill out the laundry list which is in included in the information folder and place it in the laundry bag with your clothes. Make sure tell reception that you have laundry in your room that morning so that it can be picked up that day. It is usually delivered back to you by the next afternoon. If you can, I recommend doing your laundry on a weekday as it costs extra on weekends. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, electric towel rack and basic toiletries. There is storage space under the sink which I found useful as a have a lot of cosmetics. There is a shower only (no bathtub) but the water pressure is good, and the water warms up quickly. The breakfast menu has a wide selection of hot and cold foods. It includes the standard continental breakfast options as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, and a selection of cereals. If you want a customised omelette, all you have to do is ask. The hotel is in a central part of Bucureşti but it is not noisy. As such, we were able to sleep at night but still had easy access to transport, shopping and points of interest. The staff were all friendly and accommodating so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay.

Although has a nice position, close to the old city center, it has absolutely no parking space! There is a paied parking at about 300 m, but it's allways full! So if you came with your car, you have a problem. Plus the police is there to "catch" those who park on the street. The rooms from the 5'th floor have a nice view to a big old wall from another building. The cleaning of the room meant forgetting a cigarette with lipstick under a glass :)). Despite the fact that smoking is not allowed. Poor breakfast for a hotel with that position. We saw the dishes beeing washed by hand in a small and ugly place, just near the restaurant. The doors from the rooms are old but painted in white. If you choose this hotel for it's position is ok. But it doesn't worth the prices.

A nice hotel right at the center of Bucharest. Cute breakfast , clean rooms , perfect air-conditioning ... everything I needed with my wife and friends for spending a few days around the city. Even the stuff was always with a good attitude.

Very clean hotel in the centre of Bucharest. Easy to walk around the centre of Bucharest from here. Really comfortable beds and good showers. Service was excellent so no complaints. Only slight point is that the hotel is on quite a busy road so you do hear traffic throughout the night although it isn’t too bad, and I am a light sleeper.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Average breakfast Most of the staff rude. Only one blonde lady and one man were polite. Very dirty room, dirty windows with spider webs, mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere, very dirty and bad condition bed sheets-full of hair - I don’t believe they have even changed the bed prior our arrival. Very bad smell of the pillows. Lack of curtains. Dirty minibar fridge. They were fingerprints and dust to the nightstands and wardrobe. Just see the pictures attached... they speak loud and clear Even the tables in the lobby were full of dust I was so disappointed. The cleaning lady didn’t speak English at all. Although we had the sign to NOT DISTURB outside the door the cleaning lady got into the room - pretend she cleaned and also through our bought coffees(from a coffee shop and not from the hotel) that were on the desk. The only good about this hotel it’s the location and WiFi And defiantly not a 4star, probably 2. The manager should really inspect its staff in this hotel.

I dont know who designed this hotel, but it is not modern, but really depressing. everything in my room and "living room" was in shades of BLACK (black curtains, black drapery, black pillows, semi black carpet, black sofa....i dont know but I didnt feel there comfortable, I didnt sleep there well. Breakfast very average, bathroom needs renovation. But hotel has good location, everything what you need is near

Spent 4 days in Bucharest recently. Weather was beautiful. visited Old City and saw all the "Must See"sights in the city. Toured the Parliament Palace. You cannot miss it. Absolutely wonderful. Very well organised. Must book in advance. Travelled to Peles Castle the previous day. Castle is beautiful, but not worth the hassle. Completely disorganised. We waited 1.30 hours to get in.The queue was only about 30 ft long, but tour groups were admitted before us despite being there first. Inside it was no better. Recommend just go to see the outside, don't waste your time going inside. Visited Bran castle. Much better organised. In and out as quick as you wished and still saw everything. Finally visited Brasof city. There were four of us and we choose to travel in the company of a guide/driver and he took us to a lovely romanian restaurant in the countryside. He was very good and informative The people are very friendly and helpful and all speak english

The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions but has no parking outside, so difficult to get picked up or dropped off by taxis or tour operators. Next door to a McDonald's if you need to know. Room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Located on a main road so some traffic noise but not unacceptable. Breakfast was basic - coffee very strong! Would say 3 star hotel.

This is rated a four star hotel but it is just about. We requested a quiet room but the one allocated was over an extremely busy road and on the first night road works commenced and lasted into the early hours of the next morning. The room and bed were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. Some staff were pleaseant and helpful others quite dower.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it has a good location, close to the Old Town and walking distance to the metro and buses. I expected this to be a 4 star hotel. It is NOT. The first clue was when we checked in and found only one set of towels in our room for two people. When we went down to ask for another set, they said they were 'out' and we could use our bathrobe to dry off. HUH? Then I looked at the shower stall and there was active black mold growing in it. I asked the next morning for them to clean it. When we came back that night, nothing had been cleaned. They seemed unconcerned, said they were aware of the problem, but they needed a special cleaning service to take care of it. And yet they expected us to use it? I asked for another room. That room also had mildew in the shower. I did not take a shower for the three nights we were there. The bed had a folded top sheet that was too small for one person, let alone two and they had no more! Our toiletries were empty bottles and the room was not cleaned of dirty cups nor the amenities replaced. This is more like a 2 star hotel than a 4. The staff don't seem to care either. We had prepaid or I would have moved to a different hotel.
