The room was very inexpensive and it was clean and the location near Old Town was very reachable. That said, we absolutely got what we paid for. The on-site bar was horrible. Four of us each had a glass of red wine and they ran out. The bar would not take CC and could not make change for larger bills. The breakfast was adequate but not extravagant. Giving this hotel three out of five stars may seem unfair as I really don't have any truly bad things to say, but when I look at our stay, I just think I could've done better. The WiFi was very fast however.

This is by no means my type of hotel, but it was booked by a large g out of us and it was good enough. The breakfast buffet was decent, though fear and common sense got the better of me when I saw the salmon, it looked like it had been lying around for ages. I know some complained about the pastries being stale, I didn't taste so can't comment. The hotel really stands up when it comes to the service of the mainly make staff I encountered, a real credit to the hotel. The bathroom was small but functional, irritatingly no place to place any toiletries around the sink. The room cleaning service didn't replace the towels, mildly irritating but not a deal breaker...the worst things for me were the awful black rug like floor covering in the second floor, it was a thick pile and looked like it harboured lots of dust and dirt, the second thing was the noise from the staff preparing the 2nd floor dining area for started quite early in the morning and ultimately ended in me having reduced sleep time. All In all for a girls trip, just good enough., staff really helpful and accommodating..

Stayed here for three nights and I would say that this is a mid-range hotel. Very friendly staff who will provide you with all kinds of services. Breakfast was okey, even if I would have preferred to have plain scrambled eggs instead of the typ of omelett with onions. No juice but some sort of lemonade was served. The wifi worked perfect. One big minus is the cleaning, I would say that the cleaners doesn't do their work properly - in my room it was some sort of paper on the floor when I checked in and when I checked out the paper was still there. In the room there is this rather "long haired" whole cover rug - and since the cleaning wasn't the best I don't want to think of all the other "things" that lives in that carpet. So, please remove the carpet and have a natural wooden floor instead - easier to clean and much more healthy for the guests. Another minus is the A/C that has old remote controls meaning that I could only get 23 degrees in the room when I would have preferred a bit cooler. Opening a window is not an option since there is a rather bussy street just outside. The location is nice, close to the Old town and just across the street there is a nice park for jogging.

First I will start with the good news....the reception boy was treating us so nice ...he was so helpfull.....and that was all....the rest is just disappointing....the room s were so small....there was no parking.....the breakfast ...only few things....but untul now we can pass that easily when we see the price per nigth.....the HUGE problem there is stealling....we forgot two things there ....a leather jacket and a t-shirt...two of them were hung ot the same hanger....we called the hotel and they promiced that they will check ....we called them after 15 min. and they said that the maid has found only the t-shirt.....the LEATHER jacket was not found...or they didn't want to give us bag the expensive part of the forgotten cloaths.....for us that jacket was with a sentimental value.....we left the hotel disappointed

It's very near to the old city center and the bus station. The subway stations it's also near. The room it's clean and the employees are very nice and ready to help. I stayed in an apartement which is great for family with one child.

The hotel is OK. Not impressive lobby. Polite and friendly staff. Good breakfast in a warm dining room with efficient staff. Room on the 5th (last) floor was clean and modern , not big ,facing the back , so ,it was quiet. Location - central ,which is good. It is not four stars hotel , as it claims - more like two and a half. So , it depends on the price - take it , if offered a good deal.

The hotel is located in a busy part of the city with the university and metro close by. It is noisy street due to traffic but you have to step down on the street to get access to restaurants and convenience stores. The convenience stores are open all night too.

Very friendly personnel..... they always trying to help me in whatever I asked them ..... also they gave me ideas where to have dinner... they booked everything for me .... I thank them very much and I'm planing to go back again ......!!!! I must say that breakfast was amazing and very tasty..... and the girl that helps us every morning is very polite and does her job always with a smile ..... I want to thank them all that they made my stay conformable

A friend and I stayed here with a tour group. One of the filthiest rooms I ever stayed in. Loose dirt on the floor that should have easily have been vacuumed up before arrival. Obviousl stains on carpet, bed and even drapes. I dread to think what a black light would have shown! We stayed twice here. Once on 1st night of tour and the last night of tour. Shame on tour group for using this hotel! And shame on hotel for your filth! This was utterly disgusting.

Good hotel for the price, great staff, excellent location, good breakfast. The hotel is located in the city center, with amazing architecture around. McDonald, KFC & a local bakery is located not very far from the hotel. A good range of restaurants around, which offer good value for money. The only down side to this hotel is car parking, which is a big problem being in the city center.
