Stayed for 3 nights and had to go back to the reception on the 2nd and 3rd day to get key cards revalidated. It happened to my group of 30 pax. Toiletries were not refilled, which is rather annoying. The small tubes don't last for 3 nights. Request for an iron was promptly attended to. Breakfast was reasonably decent. The hotel also doesn't stock stamps for international postage which made it inconvenient for me.

Room is quite small and unspectacular. Bed unfortunately is 2 singles put together with 2 single duvet covers. Small TV. Breakfast was decent. Hotel has a small fitness centre and bar downstairs. Location is popular for business customers

We arrived to hotel at night, about 1pm, 18 people. The reception man told us that they didn't have enough rooms for us. Somebody did mistake. After some time we get 16 rooms. All night couldn't sleep because of ambulance's buzzer. The hotel is near the hospital.

This hotel is perfect chain hotel in all senses. Everything you can expect from typical good value but no face hotel. Price fantastic , meeting room was well equipped, staff very friendly as generally everywhere in Bucharest

This was the first time I tried this hotel during my business trips to Bucharest for the past 6 years. The hotel is 20 minutes walking distance from central city, shops and restaurants. It is clean and up-to-standards within its category. The staff is welcoming and professional but needs more training on customer service and etiquette especially the young employees. The rooms can get very warm and the AC control doesn't work. When I checked with reception, I was told that the heating system only works during that time of the year (which shouldn't be the case) so you might need to open the windows, and it gets noisy outside especially if there is a celebration or event. In the morning, it gets too crowded in the relatively small restaurant and you might end up waiting or sharing a table with soemone else if you don't make it to breakfast before 8 am. I had dinner at the hotel several times and I would say that the food is very good.

My Romanian customer made a reservation in this hotel for his foreign partners this time. I have never stayed before and I would say that I appreciated the standard of the hotel. Very large and spacious hall. Nicely decorated and designed with catchy interiors. Extremely large room provided with Italian coffee machine, extra size king bed (very comfortable) and functional bathroom. Very clean and silent. On the other hand I maintain that the breakfast room is far too small for the size of this hotel (according to the guests' reservations of course). I noticed in the "peak hours" people standing and waiting for a table to get free ... especially if they were in a group. As a matter of fact a couple of times I had to sit at the table with other people who let me share their company ! No problem for me but ... maybe it is for someone else. There's another rather strange thing which occurred to all of us was at the bar of the lobby in the evening. On the way back from dinner, we sit in the lobby to have some drinks. We were all from different companies and - as it is common during those business gatherings - everybody asks to get his own bill. Well we had to argue a lot with the waiter who refused to do that saying it was against the hotel rules !?! We rather think it was a matter of laziness ! Anyway ... being reasonable people ... we fixed it !

A really good venue for small conferences. Good sound system and very comfortable chairs. Good lunch and good variety. Othe eating area could be bigger to accommodate as many people as the conference rooms do. Or a better planing of the lunch brake

I think in it’s catgory it is a really good hotel. Clean big, nice room! Comfortable bed, good food for breakfast! You do not really need more! Staff was nice, sortiment in the lobby bar was also wide! I recommend it

Very nice Hotel, recently renovated, nicely decorated outside center of a city. However you can walk about 30 min. Rooms are large and comfortable, clean. It seems that Hotel at some days is short of staff because small requests and details are missing. Breakfast can be delivered in a room without any extra charge which does not happen often in many other Hotels. Strongly recommend this Hotel for business travelers and not only.

The Capital Plaza is a nice hotel. The room is comfortable, I took a double bed room. The bathroom inside the room is quite large. Good breakfast served at ground floor with many specialities for different tastes. I didn't have enough time to try the brasserie at ground floor but it seems good.
