DONT DO IT..I never saw the room.. he has put so many restrictions on check in... That you arrive at the place. Which is locked... And there is nobody there, not do you know what apartment you are in. Or where to get the key...
I'm fairly sure he probably rents it to many people because it's a good deal none of them ever get to stay there though.. lost my money. And had to stay somewhere else

I was late for 15 minutes and they canceled my booking. I was supposed to stay for 3 days and the booking is completely paid for. I contacted the property re: my arrival and the time frame I expected to arrive. They could have, at least, let me check in the following day and I could have stayed at another property for the night. To top it all, they refused to give me a refund. The property does not have a reception and they could have just provided me with the access code of the gate and of the apartment. What a way to make money!
