I just returned from a 4 night stay at 5 Frogs Hotel in Bucerías and everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was huge, clean, and had more amenities than we could use! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, and the beach is very close by. My teenagers were also very happy :) We had delicious tapas from the restaurant downstairs.

Un lugar pequeño, pero con un corazón enorme Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El hotel es pequeño, pero no le falta nada: es cómodo, limpio, acogedor y con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia tranquila y agradable. Lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención del personal. Son personas honestas y amables. A mi hija se le olvidó su cartera en el hotel, y no solo nos llamaron de inmediato para avisarnos, ¡sino que incluso se tomaron la molestia de llevárnosla hasta donde estábamos! Ese tipo de detalles no se olvidan y hablan mucho del compromiso y la calidez humana que se respira en este lugar. Sin duda, volveríamos. Un hotel que demuestra que no se necesita ser grande para ofrecer una gran experiencia.

The 5 Frogs is a wonderful little hotel and was recently renovated with tastefully decorated rooms. The staff are very attentive and were open and helpful to all of our questions. 5 FROGS is without a doubt, the nicest place that I have ever had the privilege of staying at in all of Mexico. It's manager, Melissa bent over backwards In attempt to meet my needs and to answer my questions She is, extremely friendly, always has a smile on het face and always has an answer to any questions I had. The bartender was also consistently in a good mood and always happy to provide assistance. He has such a great attitude and extremely funny - Such a great sense of humor. The property itself consists of a number of condos. The entire condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. They have two pools which were a perfect comfortable temperature. The lobby area basically consists of a little bar/restaurant. They have a tapas style menu and every single item on that menu is mouth wateringly delicious and so affordable. The units are also very affordable! A 2 or 3 minute walk to a delightful coffee and pastry shop. The location is a 4 minute walk to the beach, shops and markets.

Very unique and interesting property. New owners so some developing to do. Staff focuses on drawing others and don’t prioritize existing clients as much as I’d have liked. Very clean and quite nice rooms. A bit busy. Had a fundraiser event in the lobby which is great but displaced us as paying clients.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The full kitchen made it perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay, and having two pools was a fantastic bonus. The location couldn’t have been better—just half a block from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff went above and beyond, offering top-notch service and thoughtful touches like a complimentary drink at both check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this gem—can’t wait to come back!
