The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 2006 and is rustically and practically furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.


Location
Bublava, 700 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 900 sqm open garden plot with meadow, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house, there is CSR EZG 110 (8 people), CSR EZG 111 (3 people), and CSR EZG 112 (5 people). Access is via a side road (paved, length 150 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
