The house was nice, and location was great. However, the listing said there was wifi but there was no internet access when we got to the house. I called the first night we got there and said it wasn’t working and they told me to reboot the router and call in the morning if it wasn’t fixed. I did, and still nothing. I called back the next day and they said they’d work on it. There was no follow up after that and we never had working internet. I called when we checked out and asked for a partial refund to make it right. They said they would try to do something…again no follow up. Too bad this was an issue, my rating would have been better if they had fixed it right away (or at all) or made it right with a refund.
