Overall it was excellent, only issue was we ran out of toilet paper the first night. Home away from home. Nothing fancy but so comfortable and clean. Secluded. Peaceful. Bed slept well. Would love to return.

Wonderful getaway spot for family w pets!

This was the first time we had been to the Bryson city side of the Smokies, and we throughly enjoyed both the area in general and our stay at Grinders Switch. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, the yard was wonderful with the fire pit and great night skies, and we enjoyed the porches! We spent time on the two main trails on the property as well as in Deep Creek in the national park and loved our time. Ask was convenient to get lunch at Rivers End and walk around at Nantahala Outdoor Center. Will definitely stay again!!

Beautiful cottage!!!

We stayed in Grinders-Switch on Settlers Mountain! It has everything u need for a quiet, peaceful getaway!! We Will definitely stay again!! Wonderful property!!
