In town for the big game? Reuniting with old friends? This is the perfect place. With up to 6 separate rooms that can be used for lodging this home will be the perfect getaway for any die hard Aggie. Bring the whole family and friends and enjoy the huge backyard for cooking, washers, or just hanging out before Kyle field gets rocking. With the famous Kyle field only 4 miles from the home you can also enjoy everything the city has to offer all withing minutes from this property.
A city park is located about 3 houses down with basketball, playground, covered pavilions, walking trails and much more.
The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and boast a huge back yard with beautiful trees and a 2 car garage.
Aggie owned and operated by my wife and I, we love sharing our properties and meeting our guest. Come and enjoy all the great things Aggieland has to offer!
