I was happy to see my hotel just steps from Central Station. I was even happier when I turned the corner and saw a beautiful road leading to Grand Place. Hotel was comfortable. The shower was a little strange and the mini bar prices were expensive, but that's expected. Overall a great stay

excellent stay and location. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel and can't beat the location just a few steps from the Grand Place and from Central Station. Staff was always courtious. Had a bit of issues with the wi-fi the first day but overall can't ask for a better place to stay in Brussels.

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, room was clean, tv was good quality, bed was nice. It is close to all the good stuff. I would stay again.

This place is 5 star indeed and right next to Grand Place with all the shopping and night life. Short walk to the place and other attractions so great location as well. Would visit again.

Great location, and friendly staff. The bed was not overly comfortable, and the king was actually two twins pushed together. However, the price was fantastic for only being a few blocks away from the Grande Place. Furthermore, breakfast buffet was very nice and reasonably priced.

Wonderful hotel in really a prime location. The marble bathroom was beautiful and the room was clean with a TV. What really made it a great stay was the service, which was the old classic hotel type of service with people going above and beyond.

Great location in the heart of a great city, near the Grand Place, Mannikin Pis, La Musée des Beaux Arts, restaurants, and shopping. And the hotel has easy-to-access underground parking (not free but convenient). The location of the hotel allowed us to duck back in during the full day we had in Brussels--close to 90 degrees, so we welcomed the air conditioning! We would definitely stay here again . . .

As with prior visits, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, which is welcome after a long plane trip. The hotel is well appointed, and it is in a superb location near the central train station and the Grand Place. Merci!

The hotel is in a great location. Staff are great. Checkin/checkout was fast and efficient. Buffet breakfast is expensive - 30 Euros p p No face cloths in bathroom Didn't replace used wine glasses with clean ones One bedside lamp didn't work Rooms on main street are noisy when windows open due to a very late closing disco across the street. Would stay there again.

the location was good but the front desk was not helpful. They were not willing to make any accomodations.

Very nice hotel and the parking garage was great for being so close to the center of Brussels.

I think it was a fluke, but unfortunately we had a poor experience with the service and the staff in the hotel. Housekeeping didn't make up our room, and the staff was slightly surly when we called in the evening after being out all day to ask why and if we could have more towels, soap, etc. Not a huge deal, but for a nice hotel (supposedly 5 stars), this should not have happened. I assume it was a fluke and not a regular occurrence. Otherwise a very nice hotel in a great location. I'd recommend it, although I personally might not give them by business again.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Central train station and Grand Place. It was also near the concerts that were going on during my visit. The hotel has a bar, restaurant and good location.

This is a good location, just a block plus from the train station and just a couple of blocks from grand place.

Great stay in the heart of Brussels. Walking distance to all of the best things the city has to offer.

This hotel had an excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, and comfortable rooms on the business floor. Breakfast was done very well. Overall an excellent value and I would gladly stay again.

The hotel is located only 5 minute walk away from Brussels Central station as well as Grand place. You can shop around grand place or get on a train and go anywhere at ease.

We stayed here while in Brussels. At the time everything else was booked, so we sprung for this place, and we were very happy! While the room was a little small for 2 people (yes I'm American lol) it had nice amenities, like a desk and minibar. The bathroom was nice, and the room had AC. The location was great, we were only a short way away from some of the best bars in the world! The staff was very helpful with recommendation and advice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great location.

I stayed here for one night. On arrival, I was asked for my card on file in case I had room service, etc. During my stay I did not have anything from the mini bar or do anything to constitute any extra charges. Yet I have two charges on my credit card statement equaling over $100. That was the cost of the room! This place is running a scam! After reading reviews, I realize this has happened to other people. PLEASE do NOT stay here unless you want to deal with disputing the charges with your bank and making overseas calls.
