Very good location near the Grand Palais. A bit outdated but the staff are wonderful and very helpful!

Location is very convenient. The rooftop has an amazing view!

Nice property. Centrally located to major sites . Two blocks from central station. Felt safe walking to and from at different times of the day and night. I’m assuming that the image that the hotel is going for is to seem medieval-ish. However the rooms are very dark even with the shades open especially since most rooms have only one window and the hotel is surrounded by other buildings.

I had a junior suite and room was as average at best. Air conditioning didn’t work and no hot water. Previous hotel towels and name were everywhere. Haven’t made it to Warwick standard. Can’t recommend this hotel

The bed were really comfortable and we enjoyed being one block away from the train station

It was a comfortable hotel for a conference. My room was across the hall from a utility closet that was used a lot at night. It was quite loud, making it a challenging room for sleeping for my 7 month old baby. The noise slowed down once I called the front desk, but my son was still woken up a few times by the door being opened and closed.

Great location, quite, elegant. Nice service, clean and neat.

Nice hotel. Close to the railway station and Old Town. We could walk to most places and take the train to others. Staff was very helpful and made our stay delightful. We look forward to traveling to another of Warwicks hotels next year Barb and Don Vayo

Great location, beautiful hotel...1-minute walk to train station, 5 minutes to Grand Plaza, 10-15 to art museums. Usually, hotels and areas near train stations are run down, but not true here.Plenty of cafes, shopping, all in a safe and enjoyable area. Hotel is great inside, staff very pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel overall. Front desk staff was friendly, the other half (concierge) was not. Rooftop bar was nice but poor service cleaning up outside. Dirty tables everywhere.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, located in central Brussels. Easy walk to Grand Place and numerous bars, restaurants and other attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I've stayed at this location before and had overall good experience. It's an overall good value for the money. It should be noted that I did have an issue during my prior stay in 2016 with very excessive long distance charges (several dollars per minute) being charged for a handful of calls made to the USA from my room. Not sure if the hotel has revisited those rate since, as I didn't make any calls this trip. Guests should investigate that one issue before making any calls and potentially having a similar problem. Otherwise, this is a fine hotel choice and I certainly recommend it.

Front Desk Male did not tell us anything about hotel. Business Center, Breakfast. Nothing. Female staff were great. Male check in staff snooty. I would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone We had a room with a broken window.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff is mostly very nice and helpful. The guestroom was quite large, but the furniture was badly in need of replacement. A 2-seat couch was in such bad shape that I took a sheet of the housekeeper's cart to cover it. A side chair was just uncomfortable. The refrigerator must be 15-20 years old. The desk was beat up. However, the king-size bed was nice and comfortable.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location for its price point. They allowed us to check in early having just arrived from the US, which is a very gracious thing. Desk staff were very helpful.

Awesome experience! Would definitely stay here again!

I was happy to see my hotel just steps from Central Station. I was even happier when I turned the corner and saw a beautiful road leading to Grand Place. Hotel was comfortable. The shower was a little strange and the mini bar prices were expensive, but that's expected. Overall a great stay

excellent stay and location. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel and can't beat the location just a few steps from the Grand Place and from Central Station. Staff was always courtious. Had a bit of issues with the wi-fi the first day but overall can't ask for a better place to stay in Brussels.
