The room was on the ground floor next to entrance of the building. Poeple coming/leaving the building always shut the heavy door with an extremely noise. We were awakened by this noise several times during the night. Our stay was this way very unpleasant. I would never choose again this property.

Conveniently located and well-stocked studio

Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. The heating worked well, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. My only complaint would be other guests who smoked - while they stayed 2 floors below the apartment I stayed in, you could still smell the smoke through the pipe system in the kitchen. There are 2 Wifi networks - the primary one that is suggested in the booklet was weak, so I connected to the other one which was great.

Super apartment in great location

Had a two night trip and was really impressed with the apartment. Great location, easy to get to and communication in terms of accessing the apartment was excellent. Perfect for a business trip.

I liked the location. It is close to public transportation, to stores and restaurants. The Cinquantenaire with its park and museums is within walking distance. You could also walk to most other tourist locations in good weather. I loved the fact that it is a key-less place. No need to worry about misplacing the key. What I didn't like might seem trivial to most people. They gave me new toiletries everyday. I feel that it was a waste since I was alone and could have used the soap, shampoo, etc. for more than one day. I did leave a note to that effect, but it didn't change anything. Less trivial, was that the place was much smaller than it looked in the picture. Less trivial is also the lack of an elevator. Thank god I was on the first floor and had a friend to help with my luggage.

Nice apartment, lousy (or non-existent) service.

Nice place, pretty clean but there was a Q-tip floating in the toilet when I arrived. (And when I left, too - I wasn't gonna fish it out.) No desk/workspace, so if that's important, look elsewhere. Biggest complaint was their service - total lack of response to at least three voice- and e-mails, and at midnight the day of my arrival they wrote to demand a scan of my passport as a "security measure." First off they could have done that a lot earlier, secondly it's sensitive personal information and thirdly if there's nobody there to check that the pace on the passport matches the face of the guest, how does it increase security? If I stole the credit card to make the booking, I could just as easily steal the passport with the same name (or make one on Photoshop). Will look elsewhere the next time I'm in Brussels

Very nice apartment in Schuman

Very nice apartment in a great location, 5 minuts walk from Schuman Metro station. Quiet, clean and WiFi signal very good. Easy "key-free" access to the apartment via a dedicated code.

Not at location showing on Expedia. No way of contacting anyone during the stay. Police in the premises during night and day. No phone or anything else available within the room. Room were dirty and absolutely not like the picture on the site. I believe this is false advertising. This is in a known dangerous part of town in Brussels.

Clean and good value apartment/suite

The contact before the trip was excellent. All details were secure and supportive. The room and the standrd were very good. My only issues were: the door to the suite was VERY difficult to open. I luckily had the number to call and was guided after 10 minutes of trying to - `really put your body into the door and push very hard to open after the security code'. I did this many times but it did eventually open the door and I flew in! The wifi took about an hour to connect and delayed me working. The mini kitchen was great, ammenities were wonderful - shower gel etc.. but no specific shampoo. With no recpetion to deal with, you are on your own, but that sometimes does make life easier- and it did on my exit. Would I stay again, yes - great price at less than £80 per night and great location and standard.

Due notti a bruxelles...

Abbiamo comunicato con host qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha confermato la possibilita di poter lasciare i bagagli in stanza prima dell'orario del check in. Sono appartamenti privati senza reception. Giunti in struttura alle 9.30 scopriamo da un ospite uscito per caso dalla struttura che serve un codice per accedere alla struttura, codici che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. Così chiamiamo l'host per almeno 10 volte che però non risponde al telefono, né ai messaggi, e aspettiamo due ore fuori in strada coi bagagli. Alla fine alle 11.20 finalmente mi chiama su whatsapp e dopo altri 25 minuti ci manda codici per entrare e la signora delle pulizie ci apre la stanza dove finalmente possiamo riporre i bagagli. Il servizio di hotels ha cercato di mettersi in contatto con l'host ma invano. Alla fine siamo entrati ma se avessimo ricevuto le istruzioni per entrare coi codici il giorno prima come di consueto...
