Love this hotel. Great location and really helpful staff! Wonderful buffet breakfast for reasonable price. Clean and quiet rooms. A taxi from the train station is under 12 euro. We walked to main shopping area and old town district with no problems finding many sights to see.

From Brussels Midi Station €7.00 cab ride to the Pantone Hotel. Central to major shopping centre and restaurants. Bike hire outside the hotel and located within 20 minute walk to the Grand Palace. Good breakfast in pleasant ground floor dining room. Small lift available in the hotel.

The hotel overall was a lovely clean and nice hotel. The staff were ok, The breakfast provided was amazing. It was delicious. The room was very basic but clean. It wasn't a lively hotel. There was no atmosphere in it. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to everything.

The hotel it is very good, clean a modern. The staff it is very help full. Daniel it is very kind and helpful. And Abde as well . Abde took very serious to inform as the best restaurant, how to get around and always with a beautiful simile. To get there from the train get off Midi Zuid station, and then the Metro 2 stops.

It's a 25 minute walk to the city center and about as far to Bruxelles-Midi train station. The hotel itself feels dated & kitsch, but our room was clean and that's really all we cared about for the night we stayed. Breakfast seems overpriced, so we opted to go to a nearby bagel place instead. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again, but the night I spent was fine.

This hotel tries very hard to be modern and funky. However it's tired and jaded. White walls are dirty. Carpet has a, "grimy" feel to it. Reception has a concrete floor which is cracked and looks worse then the pavement in the street. To add to the dirty feel there was dog faces just outside the door which nobody bothered to clean. The room itself appeared to be tidy but closer examination found sweet wrappers, dust and toilet tissue under the couch ( I was looking for my phone at the time). This sort of reflected the feeling that the cleanliness was just superficial. What really bothered me though, was that the, " Fire Alarm" cable which is supposed to be connected to a break glass unit in the stairwell was disconnected. The cable is covered in dust so it was not something that had just happened ( I have photos to prove if necessary) . Not only was this dangerous but it reinforced my view that the hotel was or is poorly managed and has been devoid of any real investment after the initial build. Oh and the lights in the stairwell go off within 5 seconds if you stop moving which is highly dangerous because there is no natural light in the stairwell and one is plunged into total darkness. In reality it's more like a budget hostel then a hotel. NB. For anyone with a car, it should be noted that there is no car parking arrangement. You will need to find off street parking or be up before 9.00hrs in the morning to feed the meter at a rate of 1.5 euro per hour for 11.5hrs. We didn't take breakfast because of my concerns over the cleanliness. Also it was a case of, "buy now" or pay 50% more on the day. The buy now price was 10 Euro with no discount for children. On a positive side it is centrally located and the staff are friendly but overall I felt that the marketing vastly exceeded the actual reality. I shortened my trip and found a real hotel for similar money. Would I stay again ? .Highly unlikely unless the hotel undergoes a significant makeover. Even then I would be afraid that the glossy website was not a reflection of fact but moreover another exercise in slick marketing.

My opinion is overall very good. The hotel is situated in the Saint Gilles area and it is really close to the Metro station, 15min by walk from Gare du Midi and few blocks from Saint Gilles restaurants and cosy bars. It is modern and simple. I choose it because of its position and because of its prices. It is economic if compared to several others of the same category. I didn't have breakfast as to me is really too much 15euros per person (the price doesn't differ from other hotels)! You can find tasty bakeries and wonderful cafes having great breakfast at lower price. The room had large bad, tv, it was really quiet even if we slept with opened window. Bathroom was absolutely very clean. Moquet didn't have a great smell. However, i would recommend this hotel to groups, couples and families with children.

Ok hotel, but nothing special as the name would indicate it could be. The carpet seemed dirty and the bathroom left space for improvement (too long shower curtain, not entirely clean sink and chemically looking orange toilet paper, which colors the water completely orange). The breakfast was decent with a large variety, but again, nothing special as such.

Me and my partner spent 2 nights at the Pantone Hotel while visiting Brussels in July. The hotel itself looks funky, the reception was helpful at all times and the location was good. Since the hotel is not exactly in the center-center we had the chance to discover Brussels even more by foot and rarely even used the metro. Our room was relatively small but for a short stay, it suited us just fine. The room did look a bit worn-out, but the bed was super comfortable and there was no noise from the streets nor from other rooms. It was also a nice surprise to find a small kettle with supplementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room, for some reason not a lot of hotels do that anymore. Overall, we were happy with the stay and would stay in Pantone again when visiting the beautiful city of Brussels.

Very cheap, great location for the subway, and a nice hotel. The breakfast isn't worth the money, given how many nice bakeries can be found in Brussels. There's not a huge amount more to add, it's a great budget hotel.
