The biggest downside to this hotel is the parking situation. The streets are crowded and when I went into the hotel to ask about parking, I was told that there wasn't a parking garage... Of course there isn't a parking garage attached, but I would have thought I would have at least been pointed in the direction of the nearest garage. The nearest garage is located at Rue de Livourne 11, if you were like me and had to look at a review to actually find where to park. Anyways, the amenities are really nice. It is close enough to downtown and to the metro should you choose to use that. I love the colored toilet paper as well as the colored room. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here even with the parking hiccup.

Me and my friends have been in this hotel for the 2nd year in a raw. We really enjoy our accommodation last year so we decided to came back. We do this trip every year from London to Brussels with our motorcycle club to join to our Portuguese friends from the motorcycle club from Brussels and once again, the staff, the breakfast and the accommodation didn't disappointed me at all. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast really good. The rooms are really nice, clean and comfy. Definitely will be back to this hotel in a next visit

Nice location if not near main tourist attractions. Good breakfast, ok staff & free wifi. We specifically asked for a family room with 3 separate beds but got one bed with two mattresses and one rather comfortable but worn couch bed. The room was close to the elevator and quite noisy. On the whole a basic hotel but considering the price we didn't feel cheated. Could do better but acceptable.

Just got back from lovely break in Brussels. The hotel's location is very good and the staff are really happy to help.all reception staff also spoke English. The hotel is good value for money and I recommend it for a nice cheap and cheerful getaway.

I booked this hotel specifically for the balcony. Upon arrival, I noted that the carpeting in the reception area was filthy. Our room was on the top floor and the "balcony" was basically the roof top with astroturf thrown on it. The outdoor furniture was filthy, and all rooms on that floor had access to the rooftop, so there was no privacy or security. There was also a fire escape which made it seem even more unsecure. The room had dirty carpeting, and the throw blanket on top of the comforter was dirty and pilled. The bathroom looked as though it had been recently remodeled so I didn't have any real complaint about it. Tiling the room floor with the same bathroom tile would have made a 100% improvement in the room. We booked for three nights but the morning after the first night we checked out and found a nice hotel near Brussels Central.

I spent 4 nights at the Pantone: the energy of the colours is really what distinguishes this hotel from all the others, it is inspired by the famous Pantone Matching System for colors. The staff was really helpful, since when I arrived in my room I realized there was a problem with the window that could not be closed. I asked to the receptionist a room change but it was not possible: the night was not so good, so in the morning I again requested another room. The staff was great and I had a smaller but very cozy room at the 7 floor, with nice view and silence, and I slept very well during the rest of the nights. Breakfast good, nice lobby to relax and read. Good position close to Brussels-Midi station (15 minutes walking).

The hotel has a amazing localization, in down town, very close to many restaurants, street malls, cafes and night life, most of the things are walk distance. The hotel has a very good breakfest, the rooms are clean, basic furniture, for couple travel or business it is perfect!!

Spent three nights in September, overall I was pleased with the hotel. It is kitsch and a bit of a novelty with the cool Pantone branding (which I love) and a few cool touches here and there. I loved the reception area and the breakfast room. Our room wasn't huge but wasn't tiny for a city hotel room. And importantly it was very clean. The bathroom was a good size. The beds were comfy, and the wifi was pretty good! Staff very friendly. Negatives - the hallways/corridors have seen better days- could do with a new coat of paint and some new carpets etc. Some places look a bit tired. Bathroom towels were a bit basic and the shower curtain was bad- it was impossible to stop water escaping out and it kept rising in the heat of the water. Would have been nice to have had tea & coffee in room - I am British ;) Didn't try the breakfast so cannot comment on that, although it seemed a little pricey. It's a three star hotel so I wasn't expecting huge things- for the budget and location, I personally thought it was very good.

Love this hotel. Great location and really helpful staff! Wonderful buffet breakfast for reasonable price. Clean and quiet rooms. A taxi from the train station is under 12 euro. We walked to main shopping area and old town district with no problems finding many sights to see.

From Brussels Midi Station €7.00 cab ride to the Pantone Hotel. Central to major shopping centre and restaurants. Bike hire outside the hotel and located within 20 minute walk to the Grand Palace. Good breakfast in pleasant ground floor dining room. Small lift available in the hotel.
