Our stay was enjoyable because the room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The downside was we couldn't check in until 3pm when we had been up for 24 hours. The staff was kind enough to store our luggage until our room was ready. We were surprised at check out about the added city tax we were required to pay.

Good location, 10 minute walk to Midi train station and Grand Place, nice polite and courteous staff. Good breakfast spread.

The room was very spacious and had a refrigerator, which is unusual for European hotels. The bathroom was also very spacious. The wifi did not work so well in our room. It could have been the location of the room because it worked great in the downstairs lobby. The hotel does not have a parking garage, but we lucked out with street parking and because it is free from 6:00pm - 9:00am, it didn't cost too much. The breakfast was OK and is catered towards Americans. We would have preferred more European bread, lunchmeat and cheese options.

I couldn't use my laptop power converter with this hotel. Hotel should have a supply of these inexpensive items for guests to borrow, the way all the hotels I've been to have done. Inconvenience to me was huge. The maid barged into the room to check if we had coffee. Good thing we were dressed! Fundamental training needed to NEVER go into a room without knocking, twice! The neighborhood was a bit dodgy, however there was a laundry, convenience store and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of Grand Place, Peeing boy, Town Hall, grand place, Place du grand Sablon, Palais de Justice, Parc du Cinquantenaire. We took the #27 bus back from Parc du Cinqu. right to the Midi Station which is close to the hotel. The bus went through all the places we had just walked through, so if you don't feel like walking, jump on this bus! Military was very visible. They were great for helping with directions. Did feel somewhat uncomfortable with them walking around with their finger on the trigger of their rifle, but I'm sure to most it was a confort.

This hotel just renewed was great first of all for location (just 10 minutes from centre by foot, metro just round the corner), then cleanness and kind staff.

The location was absolutely ok, you'll reach centre by foot in 5 min, hotel just renewed !

We only stayed one night in Brussels but this hotel was clean, quiet, and well located. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bath was quite large. Very pleased.

We took a train in from Holland very early before our check in time, and the front desk was able to store our bags while we walked around the city and got lunch near the hotel. When we got back the room was nicer than I expected and great for the price. Sure, it wasn't a 5-star place, but as three 24 year olds visiting Belgium for the first time, this was fantastic. The front desk also helped recommend things to do around the area and even set up transportation to the airport. We were within walking distance to pretty much everything (Delirium Tremens especially). The breakfast wasn't anything special, but hey it was free. I'd absolutely stay here again. Great for the price if you're not trying to break the bank or maybe have a few days in Brussels.

An interesting experience. Probably would be the worst experience unless I would have changed the room. Currently I think the simple amenities they had were most dark, cold place. No water, no minibar, shower place leaking.. However after asking to change the amenities I got the sunny place, very well equipped. So my advice to hotel is to foster the refurbishment of all the rooms!

Was ok, staff was kind of clueless when asking normal tourist questions. I wouldn't advise people not to stay here.

Stayed at this hotel after about a week and half of sleeping in hostels throughout Europe. Felt like a king! Definitely a great place to stay.

This hotel was awesome. Perfect location - within a mile from the city center and the train station.

Clean room, great location, awesome breakfast, free wifi in rooms with decent speed. Would stay again.

great location. my room eas very noisy because it was on the ground floor right next to the street but Others rooms didn't have the same issue. stayed one night. Been to Brussels many many times. Mainly stayed at brand name places before but this hotel wasn't too bad over all for the money. Will I stay again? Maybe.

Not too expensive, but not the best location. We did not feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood. Stuff was not rude, but not friendly either.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel very close to Grand Place. Cannot complain at all.

For the money that you spend (got a great price) it's a good location (less than a 10 minute walk to the main square), it's a clean hotel with a very comfortable bed, but average breakfast. Around it are quite a few pubs and even some convenient stores. Overall great value!

Halfway between Midi and the Grand Place this hotel is in a great location. The amenities are nice and breakfast is included. Highly recommended. Free Wifi would make this an ideal hotel.

Comfortable room and nice staff, great location, close to the train station.

I did enjoy my stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was firm, I prefer soft. Overall it was a good place and okay location. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the Grand Place. I couldnt get the air condition to turn on so we opened a window; nice breeze but a lil bit of noise. Brussels doesnt really sleep. Also the shower was strange lol. The tub was very very narrow and long and the curtain doesnt cover all the way across. And the position of the shower head is dead center. But the breakfast was nice, they had a good spread of bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, some sort of danish and the freshest OJ yum!
