The big plus was the large room and a nice bath. The TV was rather small, but that didn‘t bother me. Breakfast presentation was nice but the selection of cheese and jam could have been better. I stayed only for one night so I can‘t report more...
welcoming staff, nice, quiet and refurbished room and bathroom, great location close to Central Station and all major attractions in Brussels, good wifi. In short, excellent value for money! Would go back again!
The rooms were on the small side but comfortable and clean. But not soundproof at all, hallway noises. Breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel underground parking is small and very tight. Also very expensive. Good location close to centre.
Hi, I would highly recommend this hotel for both location and comfort. It was a stones throw from central station and walking distance to all the main sights and Christmas markets. It has lots of lovely little cafes closeby for breakfast or lunch. The rooms themselves were clean and warm and the beds were so comfortable. Very inviting after a long day out sightseeing in the cold! The reception area is not aesthetically beautiful but functional and staff extremely friendly.
The hotel is less than 5 minutes from Brussels Central train station, hence very convenient for travelling by train anywhere in Belgium and further away in Europe (including 18 minutes to/from Zaventem airport). One can walk to Grande Place in less than 15 minutes. Room and bathroom were very clean. There is a coffee machine and a kettle in the room.
We booked this hotel after having to leave our original booked hotel because the place was a dump. We were able to arrive within minutes of our reservation and everything was ready for us. The place was immaculate, the staff were super friendly, and our time in Brussels ended up being amazing thanks to them. Would stay here again anytime we are back in Brussels
Been in Brussels for business. Sandton was everything you need to stay: near the station, the Grand Place, the Square. Rooms are quite large. Cleaned every day. Breakfast is abundant and serves traditional milk and coffee a.w.a continental one. Strongly recommended. Not cheap, but nothing in Brussels iß cheap.
I say there almost everytime, it's very close to the station to go to Schumann. The breakmfast could have more things, but it is quite good. The rooms are very nice, although there is a building very close to the window.
I have been staying here before, and was happy to get a room for two nights again. The hotel is modern, nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast is of very good quality and beautifully set. Excellent business hotel with decent price for being just across the street from Gare Central. I only have one strange thing to report. During my second night, early in the morning hours, when I was already awake because of the time difference, a staff member tried accidentally to enter my room. They said that their system showed the room to be free. Creepy anyway, and if I hadn't been awake, could have been quite a wake-up. The Front-Manager gave me a little discount, but didn't really explain how that was possible at all.
Spacious room, clean and very comfortable. Excellent and divers offer of food and drink for breaksfast. Friendly and pleasant staff. Only the illumination in the room could be better and few things in the bathroom is missing.
