We were with a group first time to Brussels. This hotel left nothing to be desired, and the staff was exceptional. All were friendly helpful and very good at what they did. A standout was a coffee and cocktails "lesson" hosted by the bartender, it was fabulous.
Very positive experience also during my second stay, in general. The room was clean. The service @ reception was very good. I enjoyed the breakfast. The location is very central. Luggage service available.
We had to attend an expo in Brussels and normally stay in another old 5 star hotel in Brussels but this time we took 6 staff members so decided to find some place else. I found this hotel on TA and what find It is central and walking distance to Grand place and all the local restaurants. The rooms were recently upgraded so the bathrooms, linen and general condition of the hotel was great. Staff super friendly . A wonderful stay and definitely our new go to hotel in Brussels for the expo.
Fantastic modern hotel near to the city centre with very helpful staff and great cocktails. I would recommend staying here as it is a stylish hotel within a short walk to the centre giving you a chance to take in the sights.
Room are tiny but big enough for two people Bathroom has all the amenities required Breakfast is diversified and plenty full Restaurant is non existent or not worth to mention it This is what l call a business hotel, not the place for your Brussels honeymoon
Several problems arose at this hotel which, reading over other people's reviews, seem to be recurring themes as is so often the case. It's VERY well located, which is its number one selling point. Located two minutes from Central Station, and a short downhill walk to the Grand Place, but equally, just off the beaten track so there's no footfall of which to speak and little noise except for the Cathedral bells which have the most lavish quarter chimes I have ever heard. The Cathedral is virtually next door. This was our reason for being there, but if it isn't yours, you might like to consider a room at the back or some ear plugs. Check in was brisk but when I asked whether bath robes were in the room I was told they should be. But ARE THEY? They should be. They weren't. Housekeeping has gone and we could have them tomorrow. I pointed out it was the middle of a working day in a large city and in any case there must be robes in other made up rooms that could be found... they were, but it was a struggle, and throughout the weekend I overheard several other guests simply struggling with the staff. I had a similar problem over two filthy glasses in the minibar which was resolved only slightly faster and an initial problem because twin beds, another problem identified by others, are placed together with no space between. Housekeeping was very poor. There were hairs, which were not ours, in the bathroom. On the second day the dirty towels were removed but not replaced, and dirty crockery was ignored. The batteries in the TV remote were flat. So if this is your idea of fun I suggest you come. If not, there's a funky place next door, all stripped brickwork and spa aromas which has the same advantage of location, but at first inspection, fewer problems. Unfortunately they were full. It's called 9 Central.
Stayed in room 207 for 3 nights. Check-in was fast. Room was a bit dark and as the room faced the opposite office building curtain had to be drawn all the time. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke although it's non smoking room. The room was not cleaned properly even after the complaint. We had another room on the first floor but there was no problem. So, there got to be the problem of the housekeeping on the 2nd floor. Besides the cleanliness, the hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Place and the Central Station. Free wifi was OK.
This is a nice boutique hotel near the conference centre and very nice restaurants and bars. The rooms are very vomfirtable and the breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The restaurants recommended and booked by the hotel were great
Such a great location right in the heart of Brussels. Only a block away from the central train station. Ideal for walking around the city, near to sightseeing and great restaurants. Clean room with great toiletry products and free wifi.
This is a really nice hotel. The price I paid for its central location was also good. It's not next door to restaurants or bars but it's close enough as long as you don't mind walking about 10mins. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast although it was rather manic at 8.30am and virtually empty by 9.00!
