The room was cute but too small for us!! Cigarette smoke came through the bathroom vent. Better fit for 2 people than a family of four. Location is great it’s 5 min walk to the grand palace and variety of restaurants! Also the hotel is attached to a restaurant which made it convenient.

Hotel was well located - close to metro stations restaurants and some tourist sites. Comfortable with a decent breakfast (eggs, cheese, salmon, coffee, croissants, and bread, yogurt, nuts). Staff nice and helpful. I think it was a bit overpriced. My room was smelling cigarette, unfortunately.

Requested a quiet room as hotel in a very busy social area, the room we had had no outside noise at all 👍. It was clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. Paintwork needed a bit of a touchup. Bed was extremely comfy. The staff were all great, polite, friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time in Brussels.

Very loud music until 2:00 am every night even on a Sunday night. Bar made delicious drinks. restaurant is CLOSED on Mondays. Carpets in the room was not clean. Bed was very comfortable. I would request the highest floor possible to help with the noise.

The room was large and clean but in need of some attention. Many lightbulbs not working, bathroom hairdryer handle held together with tape, safe not working. The towels provided on entry were threadbare and had holes in them. On check I had to wait as the manager inspected my room and was not happy, I was given an alternative room. The key worked but when I started to enter the room the lady in bed shouted out.
