Well, I decided to start and stay on another 3rd week here very easy to do. Witnessing positive updates on my stay have been “WONDERFUL”. A small mention to SARA at the Front Desk of my rooms hairdryer was not working. She immediately without hesitation graciously came to my room and lended me a hairdryer. That is SUPERBE SERVICE!!..and I THANKED her. This place keeps SURPRISING me each day. I’m GLAD I chose to stay here...it WORKS.

I stayed another week @Safestay and found it to be convenient to remain in the “Center of the City” and close to major Shopping, Café & Restaurants,Train Stations and Tourist Attractions. The front desk help named SEBASTIAN is very welcoming to your needs on a daily basis. He is warm and considerate to understand issues that may come up and he solves them with ease and without argument. I too, am in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field and he gives “EXCELLENT SERVICE” to the guests which I have witnessed on many occasions during my 2 1/2 week stay. My only complaint is that when Sebastian isn’t working there are other front desk workers who are NOT as welcoming and accommodating to the GUESTS. Most times, I have come down from my room there are “Arguments and Confrontations” that guests shouldn’t have to witness each day. I do understand you can’t make 2 out of 50 guests HAPPY during this time in our lives. But, being “Accommodating and Pleasant” is key in making everyone feel alright and comfortable. We ALL need to feel this especially NOW. Bravo for Sebastian for giving that each time to his guests when he is at WORK.

Everything was clean and in working order.Very safe and staff was helpful especially Sebastian he was very attentive and made sure my stay was pleasant.

The location was great. There are a lot of stores around the area. It is also walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. The only problem I had was there was not enough plug for my electronics. There are 2 plugs for the tv and cable. I had to remove one of them to be able to charge my electronics so it's either my phone or watching cable tv.

Good solid room for 3 in a good location. Not enough floor space or power outlets and no nightstands. Neighbors and street outside can get noisy as well.

It is in an awesome location. The staff was nice. The place was clean. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is a good place to stay. I would definitely come back.

excellent location. the hotel is only a few blocks from everything. one of the cons being in the city center is too noisy. everything was fine except there was bed bugs in our room.

First they sent me to an occupied room. Ridiculous. No AC. Whole night drunk people shouts at the streets nearby. Mosquito bite at night. The TV in the room is smaller than my laptop. I want my money back.

Hotel is in a pedestrian zone which is nice once you're checked in but it means that you need to park in a public lot about 2 blocks away - not a problem but different from most hotels. The location was excellent in the center of Brussels walking distance to many key sights and restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is old and dated but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was fine but seemed a bit disengaged. I stayed with my family of 4 in a quadruple room with two double beds and a small sofabed. It was on the top floor with only skylights for Windows - again not bad, just different. I would recommend if you want basic hotel accomodations in a good location, not if you want luxury.

Room extra small. Door seemed like anyone could knock it down. The entire building seemed like it was leaning. All the floors I walked on seemed to be bent in a different angle.

The hotel was easy to find about a 20 to 3 minute walk from the train station but in the heart of everything. The staff was friendly and we had no problems with our stay at all. Would reccomend.

easy walk to the square, great street view out the window.

I booked the hotel because it was right in the middle of the medieval city and that made sightseeing a breeze. The street is filled with restaurants that are mid-priced, there is cheap Turkish food a block away. The hotel itself is pretty simple but being able to walk to multiple museums, the Royal Palace, Grand Place, and Central station within 10 minutes is a huge plus. If your looking for room service, luxurious beds, or plush carpets this is not the place for you.
